Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en Marina di Ginosa

Mooie oude kelderruimte modern ingericht. Leuk tuintje en centraal gelegen. Alles correct verlopen. Het ontbijt dat hij voorzag vonden wij niet nodig. wat droge koekjes confituur... Typisch Italiaans... Dus dat hoeft voor ons niet te worden voorzien, vermits we steeds graag een cornetto en een espresso gaan nuttigen als ontbijt. Er stonden ook 3 flessen wijn klaar (wel te betalen, maar zeer schappelijk) wat een echt welkom gevoel gaf. Bedankt Fabrizio!

Tiziana es encantadora, atenta y super amable. Estuvimos encantadas en la vivienda, super tranquila, con parking, fué espectacular.

Je confirme tous les commentaires positifs à l’encontre de Marcello qui est un hôte d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Chaleureux et accueillant il nous a donné de précieux conseils pour nos visites, comme par exemple prendre le train pour visiter Bari. En résumé nous avons passé une semaine magnifique et espérons revenir bientôt à ostuni.

Wir sind 3 Nächte in der wunderschönen Unterkunft gewesen. Francesco hat uns persönlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Es gab bei Ankunft eine Flasche Wein und Wasser geschenkt. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich direkt am Strand, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet außerdem noch eine große Dachterasse für die Gäste an. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß mit den Kajaks, die zur freien Verfügung standen. Optional besteht die Möglichkeit, sich eine Massage zu buchen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! Pasamos una estadía inolvidable en casa de Claudia. La ubicación es perfecta, a pasos de los balcones al mar y del centro histórico, pero lo suficientemente tranquila como para descansar. La casa estaba impecable, muy bien equipada y decorada con mucho gusto. Se llega a pie desde la estación de pie sin problemas. Claudia fue una anfitriona excepcional: atenta, cálida y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos con recomendaciones locales que hicieron la diferencia. Todo fue tal como se muestra en las fotos… ¡o incluso mejor! Sin duda volveríamos y la recomendamos al 100% Ah! Lugar ideal para ir con niños. Terraza exquisita, cuna para bebés, y Claudia súper atenta a sus necesidades

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Tolle Lage um zu Fuß an den Strand zu gehen. Federica war eine tolle Gastgeberin, hat sich immer um einen gekümmert und Anliegen direkt beantwortet und auch Empfehlungen für Restaurants etc gegeben. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Appartement joliment décoré, fonctionnel, propre, facile d'accès et bien situé pour visiter Monopoli à pied et Les Pouilles en voiture. Possibilité de stationner gratuitement et facilement dans la rue en avril. Seul bémol, les murs sont assez peu insonorisés mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour. Hôte sympathique et réactive.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 10 giorni, l’alloggio è completamento ristrutturato, la casa è pulitissima e gli spazi corrispondono alle foto e alla descrizione. Sonia è stata sempre super gentile e disponibile, ci ha proposto un sacco di spiagge e ristoranti in cui poter andare, rispondeva subito ed era sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. È vicino al mare in 5 minuti a piedi, in 10 minuti passando dalla passerella si arriva in centro quindi è tutto comodo e vicino. Consiglieremo sicuramente

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

Good location, easy access to many restaurants and main centre. Area is very walkable and the city is kept very clean. Apartment was great with all amenities, great place to cook a home meal. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended. Thanks Titiana.

Villa ampia, con tanto spazio esterno e piscina, ottima la posizione. Livio è stato gentilissimo, ma abbiamo conosciuto anche Vito e Valentina che sono stati disponibilissimi per qualsiasi esigenza e ci hanno molte indicazioni su cosa fare nella zona. Da ritornare sicuramente. Consigliatissimo.

Perfect place for a family. We had just 4 nights at Leo’s place and we were not disappointed. He returned messages promptly and any questions he responded with the correct information. On arrival the check-in was pretty simple. Automated pedestrian and vehicle gates. And once inside we were very pleased with the house. All pictures are correct and we half knew what to expect. It was also good to put our three boys downstairs while we had the upstairs room. Although one room downstairs wasn’t a proper room, it didn’t affect the boys at all. And there were two bathrooms downstairs to look after the three bedrooms. There was clean bedding, towels and also plenty of pool towels too - along with a football for the small astroturf 2 minutes walk away. The kitchen was stocked well with tea, paper towels, clingfilm, foil, sugar, bin bags and there was filtered water from the tap. There was also a great bean to cup coffee machine with milk frother - so great for morning coffees on the veranda.

We loved our stay at Gaetano’s place. The place added up to an authentic experience of Puglia. It has all the listed amenities and more. Having a great pastry shop just across the street is a big plus. Gaetano was always responsive and helpful, the best host we’ve ever had so far.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, abbiamo trascorso tre settimane godendo di un mare stupendo e visitando alcuni dei bellissimi borghi che la Puglia offre. Per fortuna non abbiamo avuto nessun problema e I proprietari, persone gentilissime e disponibili a ogni esigenza. La casa molto bella e pulita vicina al mare con parcheggio interno. Per noi è stata l’ideale

We loved this flat from the time of our arrival. Very very clean, tasteful, unique decoration, kindness from the host. There is a top floor big terraces with a separate kitchen what is a great thought! The place was perfect for the 3 of us with a 7 year old son. This is a ver central flat but still on a small street so no loud noise of the tourista are coming in. I highly recommend this place and I hope to come back. Thank you again Ludovica! 💛

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt von A bis Z: - korrekte Wegbeschreibung/ Parkplatz in der Nähe - persönliches Check-in mit allen nötigen Infos - saubere, den Bildern entsprechende Unterkunft - zentral und nicht im Tourismushotspot liegende Location - alles zu Fuss erreichbar: Geschäfte, Bars, Restaurants - persönlicher Reiseführer der Gastgeberin woraus jeder Tipp zu 200% die Erwartungen übertroffen hat - gute Ausgangslage für viele Ausflüge ans Meer, in Städtchen - Ludovica ist freundlich, hilfsbereit, grosszügig (wir durften länger in der Wohnung bleiben, weil niemand gleich nach uns kam), schnell in der Kommunikation und hat einen sehr stilsicheren Geschmack. Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir kämen wieder!!! Sara und Noemi

Zéér mooie locatie en van alle gemakken voorzien. Host(s) uiterst behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Vóór de reis al voorzien van uitgebreide tips over de omgeving en restaurants. Ook tijdens de reis veelvuldig voorzien van tips. Vraagt regelmatig of we het naar onze zin hebben. De locatie is super centraal voor het verkennen van Puglia en een echte aanrader

Conforme à la description , logement très propre dans un belle environnement , proche de plusieurs sites à visiter , Anna Mina est très accueillante en plus fait l'effort de parler français . Je recommande sans hésitation .

The place was clean and cozy. The host was responsive and made everything easy for us. We also appreciated the free street parking right in front of the property.

Nous sommes très satisfaits du logement d’une propreté impeccable et très fonctionnel. La literie est excellente et la salle de bain parfaite. Tout le nécessaire pour la douche ou la cuisine est fourni, ce qui est très appréciable. La communication avec Rosa est facile et elle est prévenante. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir stationner notre voiture au parking privé à côté du logement. Appartement facile d’accès depuis l’aéroport de BARI.

We had a fantastic stay at Andrea’s apartment! The space was absolutely lovely—quiet, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. Andrea clearly takes great care in creating a welcoming environment. Conversano itself is a hidden gem in Puglia. The town is gorgeous and so underrated. We loved strolling through the charming streets within the old city walls, soaking in the history and atmosphere. There are plenty of delightful restaurants, salumerias, and shops to explore, making it a perfect destination for foodies and culture lovers alike. We would absolutely recommend Andrea’s apartment and Conversano to anyone looking for an authentic and peaceful Puglian getaway. Thank you, Andrea, for such a wonderful stay!

Abbiamo scelto Vico Blu per trascorrere un weekend nella splendida cornice di Polignano a Mare. Ad accoglierci, Claudio e suo padre: sono stati disponibili, gentili, attenti a metterci a nostro agio per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno. Il B&B è conforme alla descrizione, pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario, in una posizione perfetta per chiunque voglia (ri)scoprire questa meravigliosa cartolina nella nostra bella regione. Che dire: ci torneremo e lo consigliamo! Abbiamo anche ricevuto un regalino al momento del saluto. Grazie mille, ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa :)
