Nick and Helen have created a well designed and cozy space to relax in, and it's so close to the sea, beaches, very good restaurants, beaches, the Turner in Margate, antique and vintage shops, lovely walks, etc. Plus Nick was delightful to chat to when we arrived, which put a smile on all of our faces. Would definitely come back, especially when the pool is a go!

Loved our stay here for a relaxing retreat from London. Paul’s was super helpful and friendly. The place was perfect. Would recommend to anyone.

We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again. The space was clean, warm and very spacious up and downstairs. The design and decor was on another level. We couldn’t get over the beautiful chandelier. We were greeted with fruits and milk on arrival in the large kitchen. Ahead of our journey we were given clear directions to the property. Access was easy and there were clear instructions for the sauna, pool etc. We used the sauna daily. It’s was huge and looked brand new. We were be able to watch the kids swim in the pool from the sauna. The kids absolutely loved the pool and took every opportunity day and night to swim. It really was a bonus to have our own pool. 5 of us stayed for a week and there was enough space in the fridge and freezer for all of our food. I have already recommended the space to my friends.

We had a lovely weekend at Trinity cottage, in a stunning setting surrounded by beautiful gardens and a property to match. Karen and David were welcoming and very helpful. They were there to meet us and show us around the property but gave us privacy throughout our stay whilst being readily available if we needed them. The cottage was stocked with a very generous hamper, with almost everything you could have needed, and high end toiletries and plenty of soft fluffy high end towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I can’t not recommend it enough. The garden is a real highlight. It is entirely enclosed, even the much larger outer garden, which was great for our dog to run around in. The sunset across the meadow is beautiful and the sunshine in the rear patio area makes the perfect spot for an afternoon cocktail!

We were very impressed on arrival. Lovely peaceful grounds, pool bigger than we’d expected and great games area. Good place to stay with our extended family, good central location, really enjoyed nearby Canterbury. We were lucky with the weather. We visited Howletts zoo & 2 different sea-sides. The house is quite warm, it’s great fans are provided in all bedrooms. Improvements- Need better extraction for the kitchen- & update the book on what to do if the smoke alarm goes off! The agency were quick to help but with poor phone signal this was tricky to arrange. Bigger beds/ new mattresses Downstairs loo had no toilet lid Other reviews mentioned cobwebs & the place seeming a bit ‘tired’, I’d agree with some of that but it didn’t stop us having a wonderful time & a few cobwebs don’t bother me, everything else was clean and we’d love to return .

Great house for our family holiday - lots of space, comfortable and amazing views! Lots to do in the surrounding area too - enjoyable walks into Herne Bay and Reculver a highlight for us. Maggie was responsive and helpful throughout.

We had a brilliant stay at Nicola’s house. It is beautifully done and very clean. Easy to find and get in with the lockbox. Amazing location for Whitstable high street and the beach. Would highly recommend!

Great stay, the house was close to the town centre and had everything which you could need to have a good break. Clean, tidy and comfy.

Everything just seemed a little bit better than expected. The photos understated the space (usually the other way round). More tastefully decorated than I've come to expect and the kitchen equipment and even crockery was a notch up on Airbnb expectations. Plus the beach is so easy to get to. Just walk in a straight line for 300m and you're there. Plus a co-op right round the corner for supplies.

I can’t recommend Lisa’s place enough. We had a different air bnb booked which cancelled on us 2 days before our trip. We were so pleased to find Lisa’s lovely home and we are pleased our original one cancelled! The house is really large and spacious, lots of room for our group of 10. Rooms were comfortable and all facilities were more than adequate for our group. Lots of seating inside and out, lovely hot tub and a lovely sunny garden. The house is on a quiet estate with ample parking. Lisa communicated really well and check in was easy. Would highly recommend

Our third visit, certainly wont be our last. Always super fresh and clean, everything you could possibly need. Have never slept well even in very high end hotels due to hard beds or just poor quality but Carol uses high quality beds and bed linen so we always sleep well at 3c. Also super soft and always new looking towels. Hopefully we get time to return soon.

Had a great stay for Easter weekend with our two little ones. We had a nightmare journey down and Matthew allowed us to alter our booking very last minute which was very kind! We really appreciated this. Communication was great throughout our stay. 5 minute drive from Deal seafront / castle. House was perfect for what we needed. Was the first time our little girl had stayed in a cot in her own room! 🙌🏼 Success! Would highly recommend Matthew’s place. Thanks again!

The accommodation was perfect for our group of 8 when visiting the local area on our golf trip. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Free parking close to house and a short trip in to Canterbury city centre.

really lovely house, very large and was ideal for the stay we had planned. Nice, quiet estate with easy links to Canterbury. local shop next door for convenience and a short walk to the local pub. very clean house with lots of beds. Nancy was excellent in her responses and even got a pool table set up for us. highly recommend this place to stay if visiting Canterbury and the local area with a large group.

We spent an exquisitely sunny week in March here as a family of six and had a perfect time. Lauren and Lee are the perfect hosts living only next door but not bothering their guests in the slightest. There was a little problem with the toaster and within the hour after letting them know, we had a shiny new and even bigger replacement standing in the kitchen. The mattresses were super comfy and there were enough towels to use. The house is in a safe neighbourhood and we were allowed to use their driveway for parking which felt even better. The house is conveniently located close to supermarkets and the beach and there’s lots to see and do in the area. Trains to London take only one hour and the only thing that would have made the accommodation any better would have been a dishwasher. Still, there’s plenty of cutlery and dishes so there was no shortage or urgency to clean immediately. We would definitely come back. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Alana’s place it was well equipped everything you needed and more. Clean and very homely feel to the place Would recommend Alana herself was very friendly and quick to respond not that we had any problems. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely cute place 😊

I had a lovely birthday weekend staying at Natasha's Airbnb. It's super close to Ramsgate town and has lots to do locally in the sun. Natasha also gave me some great recommendations. The house is beautiful and clean with everything set up perfectly - there were even coals for the barbecue. Natasha was very responsive and flexible regarding check in and out. I would definitely recommend the place if you're looking for a lovely weekend away with lots of friends or a big family.

Had such a lovely time in this gorgeous house. The garden is huge and absolutely stunning with an amazing barbecue that was in pristine condition. The house is really well equipped and excellently located. The host was amazing and had provided lovely finishing touches around the house to make us feel so welcome. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend.

The house was lovely, in a great location and very quiet. Stewart was quick to respond to any queries and gave some brill reccommendations about things to do nearby. Had a lovely trip!

Can’t recommend Ally’s place highly enough. Very comfortable accommodation and fantastically placed for an easy stroll to the independent shops and restaurants of Deal, the seafront and beyond. The house itself was easy to find and was spacious but cosy at the same time. Visited Deal with 4 friends but will definitely return with family.

Stef was an absolutely brilliant host with a gorgeous property. We stayed for 3 nights and we would definitely visit again. The house was beautifully appointed with good kitchen facilities and more than enough space for our party of 9 people and 2 dogs. Ramsgate was easily walkable from the house and there were lots of good pubs & restaurants to choose from. I would recommend Stefs property to anyone.
