WOW sums it up! Our family was just blown away with the villa and the beautiful view. We are a family of 17......9 grandkids, parents and Grammy/ Gramps. The place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Stephen was there to show us around and the ladies had cold drinks for us on arrival. I really can't say enough about the place. Yesenia and Yeneri made a beautiful tasty breakfast for us each morning. 4 of us are celiacs and they were very careful to provide us with what we could eat. Esteban was wonderful and was around to help with anything we needed. He showed us different things around the property, turned on the hot tub when needed and took us on a hike to the waterfall and river. He was great with the kids showing them butterflies and such and played toucan sounds on the stereo to attract the toucans. Sophia and Caleb did great jobs as well The rooms were perfect with amazing views and the garden house was great. Thanks from all of us......amazing memories!❤️

What an incredible space! We enjoyed having the entire floor to ourselves. The elevator opened directly into our unit. A friendly staff member welcomed us with cool towels and gave us a tour of the hotel—a very nice touch. Our teens enjoyed the game room (pool and table tennis, especially) and we took advantage of the activities like the cooking class and walking tour (more of a hike). We didn’t need a car while there since the hotel provides shuttle service to nearby areas and many of the restaurants are on the same street as the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel.

This property is truly amazing. The house and pool and landscaping are all stunning, and the views cannot be beaten. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Dominical beach is about a 7-8 minute drive. The service from Esteban and Oscar and the others was first-class.

Amazing! We’ve done this trip in various locations across costa rica and Brian’s place was by far the best, especially for larger groups. The dreamy outdoor kitchen had all the best appliances and tools you could ever need. The pool and lounge area felt like what you would experience at a high end resort. The music hookup and lighting at night was perfect for relaxing and breathtaking sunsets and nighttime conversations. Some of us could even get in a morning workout given the great gym area available and would end it with a cold plunge. I literally can’t think of anything else we could ever need! Beyond being an absolute paradise, Brian went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure we were comfortable. It’s rare these days that the host is as invested in their guests’ experience as Brian, and it’s clear that he really wants his guests to feel at home and welcome. He always promptly answered any questions and was eager to help and give recommendations. Can’t wait to come back!

This is a professionally managed property in a gated condo community. The staff and management are friendly and communicate well. I stayed for about a month and found the property vey well maintained, and any little problems were immediately addressed. The security guards knew me after the first day and made me feel welcome, as well as safe. The wifi was fast and reliable, I was able to continue working for my company in Canada without a hiccup. Quite a few expats have permanent residences in this condo, so it feels like a community. They were warm and friendly as well. I stayed in #9: the furnishings and finishings are newer, modern, and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to feel at home. The beach and the town are nearby, I did not have a car for most of my stay and did not take a taxi once. If you are looking for a home away from home, with the ability to work remotely while enjoying Playa Jaco, this is a great option.

My fiancé and I absolutely LOVED our stay at the Tarzan Jungle Home! It was by far our favorite place we stayed on our trip to Costa Rica, and we even ended up extending our stay there. It is such a cool space and you can tell they have put a lot of time and effort in the property and it’s surroundings. The zipline and water slide were great additions and definitely made us feel like it was worth every penny spent. Also, the property manager Marlyn is amazing and so very helpful and responsive, as is the host Paul👍🏼 We would 10 out of 10 recommend and stay here again on our next trip!

This was a great experience! Honestly, when reading about the crocodile my first thought was ____no! Then, my daughter convinced me to reconsider it. We decide to go for it and it turns out to be a major highlight of our Costa Rican vacation. Alison was super genuine and welcoming. We learned about how she and her family learned to live harmoniously with nature - including Tili the Crocodile. We also learned how to make fresh ceviche and we were treated to a traditional meal. We feel like this was the right decision for us and it far exceeded my expectations.

Our stay was great! The place is centrally located, close to grocery stores and restaurants. It was very large, plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The kids loved running around and swinging in the hammocks and the pool. The place could have had some upgrades, like soap in the showers and more absorbent towels - small things that were not a huge bother. There also seemed to only be hot water in the main house.

Great place to stay, and convenient location. Ini was an amazing host, very responsive and helpful, giving insightful tips and recommendations.

Si buscas una experiencia inmersiva en la naturaleza sin alejarte demasiado de la comodidad, este es el lugar ideal. Aunque está a solo unos metros de la carretera y al lado de un supermercado, una vez dentro de la propiedad te sientes rodeado de vegetación, con vistas a plantas y árboles, tal como se muestra en las fotos. Es importante tener en cuenta que no hay ventanas convencionales, sino mosquiteros o rejillas antimosquitos, lo que permite una conexión más directa con el entorno. La experiencia de desconexión es muy agradable y el ventilador en la habitación fue de gran ayuda, ya que el calor y la humedad pueden ser intensos. Un detalle hermoso es que por las mañanas diferentes tipos de aves visitan el Airbnb, haciendo que la estancia sea aún más especial. Además, el alojamiento cuenta con estacionamiento, lo cual es un plus. En general, una excelente opción para quienes buscan un contacto auténtico con la naturaleza sin renunciar a la comodidad

Would rent here again without hesitation! The location is great. We loved being close to town and things to do but still having all the jungle vibes! We saw lots of monkeys right in the back yard! Alex and Glen were both very friendly. We also did the mangrove Kayak tour with Alex & Goldie (his pup)! Would highly recommend that tour! Overall we really enjoyed our stay here!

It’s hard to sum up my feelings about this place. It was so special and wonderful. It’s hard to describe. I also hesitate about giving it so much praise because I worry that next time I want to book it it’ll be full! The place was perfect. It was right on a private beach at the end of a private road. The water was a perfect temperature. The sand was soft. The ground Keeper was so friendly and very helpful. He was very kind to my kids and we felt right at home! Also a huge added bonus were his dogs. My kids miss our dogs when we travel and they were thrilled to find dogs here waiting for us when we arrived. There were limitless activities for us to do. We could lay around on the beach or swim in the pool or do excursions that were close by. This part of Costa Rica is extremely beautiful! I would stay in a place like this over a resort any day.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Castillo. The pool is tucked away into the canopy a bit, which we ended up appreciating as it gave more respite from the heat. The taxi drivers know the house well because of the steep driveway that only a few drivers without 4x4’s will attempt; the walk is serious so if you’re walking wear something you’re willing to sweat in! The housekeepers do a fantastic job and somehow you barely see them. We would definitely stay there again!

Buenas, la casa es cómoda, alejado de la carretera principal por lo que hay más silencio y poco trafico de carros

Vi hadde et supert opphold i villaen til Mauricio! Beskrivelsen som ble sendt over i forkant stemte veldig godt og vi hadde ingen problemer med innsjekking eller noe annet under oppholdet! Villaen ligger fint og fredelig til ved stranden i Parrita og er et godt utganspunkt for dagsturer både til Jaco, Manuel Antonio og Uvita! Vi så veldig mye dyr i «hagen»- både aper, papegøyer, iguaner og andre fugler viste seg frem hver dag til våre barns store glede:) bassenget i fellesområdet ble brukt hver dag og vi opplevde det som rent og ryddig! Vil definitivt anbefale alle dette stedet:)

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the end of our Costa Rica vacation. It was a perfect place to settle in and unwind from all the adventures in our trip. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was great for cooking meals in. We did enjoy the restaurant on the hill (which you can see from the house) but note they only take cash. It was rated at the top of the best Costa Rica food we had. The drive was not as bad as I had anticipated since we had drove in Monteverde and other mountain towns. Definitely steep in some parts but moderate to places we had encountered before. I would still suggest at 4 wheel drive vehicle. Take a book or a family game and enjoy nature from the mountain top.

Great place with easy beach access but worth knowing that you will have to wade through waste deep water to access the beach. However, it was 100% worth it! Staff was great and they are very helpful and kind.

Our first time in Costa Rica, will not be the last. From booking to answering multiple questions, helping us once we got there….the experience was top notch! Kimberly was an absolute expert and joy to work with. We did so many things in a short amount of time, but are already looking forward to coming back and taking it slow! The house is much better than the pictures show, and we fully enjoyed the pool every night and on our last day. We will be looking to book here on our next trip to the area! We had an amazing stay at Casa del Sol. We were a party of ten between the ages of 5-71 and we were all very comfortable. The three master suits was a wonderful bonus. There were howler monkeys to be heard every morning. Macaws flying overhead, Tuscans nesting in nearby trees, squirrel and capuchin monkeys swinging in the trees outside every day. The pool was pristine, the outdoor shower was also a great touch. There is comfort both inside for watching movies and playing games and outside for wildlife viewing and soaking up the sun. It is right between Quepos and the national park, leaving you no more than 15 minutes from the best activities. We did a pleasure cruise on the Brisa Elegante, ziplining with El Sanctuario, kayaking in the mangroves at Nacarcosta, a night tour through Finca Salamamdria and a guided trip through Manuel Antonio national park. All amazing adventures. The concierge and maid service were top knotch. So responsive and attentive. Everything was perfect.

The property was clean and comfortable, and the management team went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Their kindness, responsiveness, and the thoughtful touch of providing a house cleaner every few days made the experience truly enjoyable!

Muy buen lugar a pocos minutos del parque nacional Manuel Antonio. La propiedad de Tamara me pareció excelente: llena de árboles y vegetación, buenas vistas, se sentía como que estas dentro de la selva. Vimos tucanes, mapaches y monos cara blancas desde la terraza y sala. La casa es amplia y tiene muchas áreas de estar. La piscina era excelente. nos gustó mucho la sala de estar y la hamaca. la cocina muy equipada. Lo único es el calor que se siente en los cuartos. los ventiladores y las ventanas ayudan pero llegamos en el mero verano donde no había viento así que costo un poco conciliar sueño la primera noche. la segunda llovió así que refresco mucho. recomiendo 100% la casa de Tamara, es por si sola una experiencia y esta muy bien ubicada. gracias por todo!
