This place is very well located. Very near establishments but still peaceful. The place is spacious enough to have activities and play simple sports or games. The internet connection is reliable and fast enough. The TVs are well equipped. The Aircons are cold, heaters warm. I just hoped they had better blankets? 😂 Will definitely recommend and comeback. 👌🏼

Ms. Jean and her team were amazing! They were all very easy to communicate with and super friendly. The place was the best airbnb that we have ever been for our big group of families. It was delightful staying at Michael's. Lovely inspiring interiors, plenty of games that kept the kids entertained, heated pool was a plus and Michael was pleasant to deal with. Will definitely come back and recommend.

Really homey, quiet and nice neighborhood. Just a little bit far from the main gate if you’re commuting. Shouldn’t be a problem if you have your own car. Clean and spotless, you have everything you need. Lovely caretakers as well.

Our stay at Elena’s place was beyond what we had in mind! I had booked the same day and Elena was very quick to respond. My questions were answered to the point and there were no misunderstandings whatsoever. When we arrived at the place, Kuya Robin was very accommodating and welcoming to the place. He made it clear that he was just next door if we had any questions or worries, which gave us a peace of mind. Overall, I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone! Small or large gatherings, you will surely find this place one of a kind.

Thank you for being a great host and for welcoming us in the farm. The farm was everything that we’re expecting and more. Special mention to the three welcoming gentlemen (Amiel, Ilong, and manong whose name I forgot to ask) who were all very approachable and kind to assist us when we needed help. The house that we stayed in was very lovely and just right for us. My family enjoyed our peace and quiet stay that we found at the farm, especially my mom who celebrated her 63rd birthday over the weekend. Our stay at Prive Luxe Villa was absolutely delightful. We especially appreciated that it's pet-friendly. The villa is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were friendly and responsive. The jacuzzi was a fantastic touch that added to the overall relaxation. Highly recommend!

The place is big and spacious, especially the parking. There's an area that you could shoot some hoops and a fire place that you can cook some smores. The open space with canopy where you can do most of your activities is spacious and have a good design. I like the native design of the seats with its water resistant foam. They also have a 3-piece wooden plank that can act as table and stable enough to sit. The pavilion is the star of the place. It's big, cozy, and just pretty. My only comment though is it gets quite hot in the area when the sun is high. The rooms are spacious and clean. I really like the design of the toilet and bath of largest room. Everything blends well even the lavatory, which seems to disappear together with the finishing of the wall. The pool is nice and clean. Tirta Spring Villas is a gem few hours away from the metro it was a very short stay but my family really loved the place. It was comfy and homey everything is clean modern and i cant really say more! Our short stay should have been a long stay! definitely will come back!

One of the best places to stay in Calamba. My family enjoyed the place. It was spacious and the rooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool is big and the water is warm. Really warm which is good for muscle tension. The whole place felt like home. The caretaker, Kuya Richard is very friendly and accommodating. He’s very easy to contact. The place has a sort of doorbell that alerts the caretaker’s place. The host, Mr. Michael, is very responsive. He gave us clear instructions on how to get to the place and he answered my questions promptly. Overall it was a relaxing staycation. Will definitely come back.

It's my first time to rent this location and it was as expected Perfect just as the other property that they have. Gerald was always pleasant and response promptly everytime we ask him about certain things we need in the property. Property is clean, kitchen was a good size to cook and entertain, bathrooms are clean, AC for the whole house, Swimming pool for a good walk and exercise or to deep when weather is hot.Thank you Eisen and Cyril for letting us stay on your property.

The place was super perfect. The owner adheres with the proper fire safety as i notice there are fire exits and exit signs and also fire extinguisher inside the house. The owner also makes sure that the renter understands the rules of the place to prevent accidents. The place is well maintained and the caretaker really checks the needs of the clients. The owner makes sure that the client wont have any problems from needs to deliveries and even places to go to if we want to go out. 1 of the best places we stayed in. Will really go back soon 😊

Great staycation for a family of 10 and two children. Caretaker is always available for any queries and things that you need. Place is clean and pool was just newly filled making it very warm. Pool size is massive as well as the activity area, kitchen and parking. Fresh towels and blankets were provided. We spent an amazing Christmas. This is home away from home! Few minor mishaps, fridge not cooling, drainage in the bathroom not flowing well.
