We loved our stay here. Avinash from the get go was super prompt in communication and cordial. A huge shout out to Anthony , super friendly and helpful during our stay. And a special mention to the food we ate , it was so refreshing to finally have a piece of coastal cuisine that was exactly like what we grew up on. My suggestion to anybody staying here , order from their kitchen … it’s amazing ! 😊❤️

Stayed for 2 days. Good place to relax and enjoy with family. Property is hardly 100 metres to see and have sea view from bed room, living room and kitchen as well. Staffs are friendly and supportive. One thing to improve is the lift which makes sound while closing and opening. Recommended for someone who wants to relax away from city hustle.

We had Sunset Bay booked for a family get together and it was worth it. Place was spacious, and was maintained clean and hygienic. Manager ensured that checkin was very smooth. Care taker was available all the time. Kitchen was fully equipped with all cutlery, utensils and Glassware in place. It was kind to allow us to use the place for an hour post checkout as one of us had to attend a meeting. Toothpaste was not provided in the toiletries and it was difficult to find a shop for it. Restaurants are available at 5 km from the place. Swiggy is available with most of the restaurants delivering at a 45 minute window. Overall this place is absolutely recommended for a getaway.

Edward organized a great stay for us specifically a great campfire at the evening time. We had a great time at the property - beautiful beach right in front!! Edward also took an interest in our itenirary. Hanumanthiah the helper at home deserves a mention - he made multiple teas and coffees for us and also Maggie. Overall was a great experience!

The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying the view with my morning coffee. The space was spotless and well-maintained. It was evident the host takes great care of the property. “A Perfect Beachside Getaway!” Our stay at this villa near the beach was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by stunning views and the calming sound of the waves. The villa was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could need. We loved the garden area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location was fantastic – just steps away from the shoreline, and close to charming local restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach, breathtaking sunsets, and the convenience of having everything nearby. The staff Gangadhar and Yashodha was friendly and attentive, always available to help with any requests we had. If you’re looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat by the sea, this villa is the ideal choice. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Ich habe mich bei Prajval sehr wohl gefühlt. Prajval ist ein ganz wunderbarer Vermieter. Er ist ist sehr unterstützend und ist immer bemüht, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Er gibt hilfreiche Tips. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Die Angestellten sind sehr liebenswert und fleißig. Ich kann das Nenapu nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den entspannten Aufenthalt.

What you see is what you get All amenities you can think of are available Just across the beach - least walking distance Kitchen utensils can be upgraded but having utensils / kitchen available itself is a blessing while you are out with elders and kids This was a 5/5 stay, no complaints
