Faiz knows how to do hosting the right way. Prompt with communication and attending to guest concerns. He even let me in earlier which i truly appreciate. The apartment too was to taste - clean, spacious, and filled with everything you could possibly need and more. I won’t hesitate to return. Road noise might be an issue for some, although it wasn’t for me. I’d imagine that a light sleeper or people who generally can’t stand road noise may be slightly irritated by the constantly passing vehicles and police sirens but it didn’t bother me. Overall, enjoyed my stay.

I’ve stayed at this property several times now as I needed to be back near my childhood home. Any issues are always sorted very promptly and it has been literally a home from home for me. Thank you so much. I’ve loved each time I’ve stayed at the Old Red King.

The flat is right in the middle of Marple town with good parking and a very safe feeling. The shops, restaurants and pubs are right on the doorstep. The king-size bed is very comfortable, the flat is very clean, a nice size for two people and it is dog friendly. There is lots to do in the surrounding area if you have a car, but as Marple also has a railway station it is not vital. Jane was very helpful all the way through the stay suggesting an excellent bakery / cafe directly across the street. We would highly recommend this place as somewhere to stay.

Perfect location and property for my weekend in Manchester for the Marathon. Mandy and James had brilliant communication, answering any questions promptly and also giving clear instructions on accessing the property. The property was spotless and had all the amenities that you would need for a weekend. Nice home manual with handy maps, timetables and takeaway options should you need them. Ideal location for accessing the Tram stop, local shops and the canal for a wee walk.

Perfect little place, ideally located for all the main attractions. We went to the Trafford Center on the tram, coop live (walked) and Piccadilly gardens.

Lovely home, nice & warm when we arrived. Close to Manchester airport and short drive to Altrincham which was ideal for us.

We enjoyed a girl's weekend in Saddleworth view. Great communication from the host- Naeem was contactable at any time for any questions we had. The house is lovely with beautiful views. The hot tub is an enclosed area which is suitable for any guests looking for privacy. We had a great time and would recommend staying here!

I only stayed at North Cottage for one night with my little dog as a stop over to Hertfordshire from Glasgow, but I wish I could have stayed longer. Communication from Claire with instructions prior to my arrival was spot on. The main property and grounds are beautiful. North cottage is spotless clean, warm, extremely comfortable with everything you will need. The cottage is also very private and peaceful. A lovely time was spent even though it was short. Super three bedroom house in a location convenient for many of Manchester's attractions.

We had a fantastic stay at 5 Lawton Road, whilst working away in Manchester. The home was perfect for the 4 of us, with plenty of space to relax in the evening. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Tony’s. Ideal for travelling on your own or couple. Lovely kitchen, the sliding doors to the back garden/driveway is fantastic. I hadn’t read a message right in regards to parking in that area but once I realised Tony organised someone straight away to come and assist. We thought the location was ideal for what we had on while on our travels and when you were in the house you felt like you could actually be anywhere. Great stay, would recommend. Thanks again Tony!

Amy and Jeff made us feel welcome before we even arrived. The house was lovely and clean. They left a book with contact numbers in it and most importantly a taxi phone number. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to have a stay in Manchester.

We had a lovely stay at this property! We booked extremely last minute due to other accommodation falling through and were pleasently surprised by how modern, clean, and comfortable the flat was. I would definitely book again.

Great apartment in a good location for central Glossop, just minutes walk from the centre, but away from the busy high street. Overlooking a stream, comfortable and we’ll equipped with parking place.

1. Whenever I message Wale, he always reply within minutes. 2. the location is perfect, very quiet and friendly neighborhood, 3-4 minutes walk to bus stop to take a bus to downtown. Buses run every 10 minutes. 3. the apartment is spotlessly clean.

The apartment was just as pictured and described - clean and cheerful! Perfect space for our family of 4. We were in town to watch the Manchester United match, was less than 10 minute walk to Old Trafford and about a 15-20min Uber ride into city. All the information shared was extremely helpful and Saf was super responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay again!

Clare is a great host. The location is lovely and the apartment looks just like the photos. Not far from a tram stop for visiting central Manchester and walking distance from cafes, restaurants and shops. Clare gave clear, friendly instructions before check in which made check in super easy. She was also really responsive to any questions. would recommend!
