The location - right on the beach - is superb. Great covered porch looking right out on the beach. The unit has some of the things to help spend a day on the beach - chairs, umbrella, etc. the kitchen is small but entirely sufficient and well stocked with kitchen/dining things. Comfortable bed. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Really enjoyed my stay at the unit and in Englewood.

What a gem! A perfect get-a-way. Lovely place, immaculately kept, everything we needed… even for the beach which was a block away and just beautiful. So many places to eat and things to do. We hope to be back.

Amazing location, close to everything. Wonderful pool, beach and right next to the trolley spot. Didn’t use the tennis or pickleball courts at all but looked popular too! The place itself had everything we needed, plenty of games provided and newer furniture in the bedrooms, would say the grill below was charcoal, so prepare accordingly.

Zoya’s place at the Sea Shell was great! We arrived a little early and she helped us check in a little early. Our vehicles didn’t fit in the designated parking spot so she helped us navigate those waters and helped with parking passes. Overall, it was a very clean, convenient location with direct access to the beach. I would happily stay again. Thanks Zoya and Alex!

Absolutely beautiful home close to everything. Privacy was the key and home had everything and more! The most important was the communication and the host nailed it! I will definitely be back!

This place is great!! Safe and comfortable with a fantastic location for fishing. It is right on the water and a minute walk from the dock to be picked up by your boat. Just amazing! For the price, you will not find a better spot in this area.

It was everything we could have hoped for! Most convenient unit we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. There was nothing we needed or could have asked for that wasn’t already there. My kids are both in college we only get one vacation a year with them, I can’t think of a better place to spend it than where we stayed. Thank you for all the memories we made and we definitely want to come back next year!

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Listing was accurate and was a nice layout with plenty of everything that was needed for a great stay.

Space was very clean which is one of the more important factors. Edina was proactive and friendly with her communication and even offered us an early check in. Everything as described.

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

Great location with lots to do in walkable restaurants. The host was great and the neighbors were great. Highly recommend.

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

Had a nice time, the sunny weather cooperating of course helped. The condo was clean and as described. Paul was very responsive on the few times I contacted him.

Great stay! Thank you. We couldn't find the snorkel gear, but wasn't a big deal at all. There's plenty to do around Lemon Bay. Great music, fun bar scene, and once you get past the fence surrounding the beach, fun times searching for shark teeth.

Laura's place was exactly as expected.Some beach items and necessities were extremely helpful.Location was good, an easy walk to the beach when parking down there was challenging.Bed,linens and pillows were excellent.Awesome communication as well.

This condo was exactly as described, and it is amazing! It sits right on the harbor, you can sit out on the screened porch and watch the boats come and go while listening to the live music next-door at the restaurant. We spent some time in the pool, which was extremely well maintained, and everybody in the complex is so friendly. We loved being able to just walk next-door and grab a bite to eat, don’t miss out on the Trading Posts’s specials for lunch! We hope to rent this place again soon.

I’ve never written a review before but felt Nick and his condo deserved one! Nick’s place was completely remodeled and felt brand new. It was spotless when we arrived and immediately felt at ease when we walked through the door. The parking spot was right next to the condo along with easy entry. The beach is just a few feet away which made carrying the beach chairs, towels, sand toys, sea shell sifter and drinks easy to carry. The place came equipped with everything you would need to have the perfect beach vacation. Shark teeth are abundant! Once we were done on the beach we headed across the street to the heated pool every afternoon. There are two donut tubes for the kids to play with that were at the condo. The pool was great, it reaches 4ft 9 in. deep and has stairs on both sides to walk in. Plenty of lounge chairs to choose from. It was a great location! Almost right across the street from Magnolia’s. Nick was great with communication and his place was perfect. Highly recommend!

Good value for a nice spot right by the beach and walking distance to restaurants etc.

Joe was very accommodating & easy to text & talk to. Ideal location as parking can be a challenge during peak times. Only 15 min walk to Siesta Beach & Crescent Beach. Place was very clean & not cluttered. Included beach chairs, umbrella, & beach towels. Each room had a ceiling fan & AC works great!

Been to Siesta several times and this by far was the best location. Very clean, and the view was 100% the greatest to wake up to. We def will return next year, if not sooner. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

This condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean, organized and comfortable. It did not disappoint. Any questions or concerns were handled quickly and he showed just how good of a host, as he was with his prompt response and taking care of any issues. Highly recommended! Wonderful place to stay and get away!!! We wished we could have stayed longer!

Just came back from an amazing vacation . The place was great , very cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed was included , additional great bonus was the staff in the garage , toys, chairs, umbrellas. We had everything we needed for the beach . We had little swimming pool right across our patio which was terrific! I would definitely go back ! Thank you so much Jd for being such an amazing host !
