Great stay here at this Gem. Family had a wedding at the Wyndham and we opted for the space or Airbnb with small children. Great choice! Highly recommend. Host is very responsive and helpful. 5 stars ⭐️

We loved our stay at the villa. The pool and hot tub were great and open till 10pm! It is not a far drive to the ceiba to take the ferry over to Vieques or Culebra. Also very close to the Marina in Fajardo to take a water taxi over to Cayo Icacos. Everything was very clean in the Villa, bed was comfy and the views are beautiful.

Sebastian was a friendly responsive host. Unfortunately, we had 2 power outages while staying there which I know are not Sebastian’s fault. Perhaps, a recommendation I can make is a backup inverter for the apartment. The location was nice. Not too much to do locally. We went to Carabalí and it was an ok experience. We did travel to the west side of the island Rincón, crash boat beach and had a great time there. I would recommend Sebastian’s home. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay here with a family of four. The Wyndham grounds are well taken care of and safe. The beach is a 5-7 min walk, or even shorter car ride with ample parking. Her place was immaculate with all the amenities. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the fresh air and sounds of the coqui at night. You're on the doorstep of the only rain forrest in the US National Park system, El Yunque. It has plenty of hikes and lush rain forrest to experience. Overall, I'd highly recommend Vilma's place for anyone looking for a nice retreat in a secluded, yet upscale, part of Puerto Rico.

We had a great stay despite the rainy weather and a temporary water outage in the area. Thankfully, the property had a reserve water tank, which made a big difference. The place was clean, cozy, and just as described. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was smooth. We still enjoyed our time and would stay again!

Our family of 5 stayed at Jorge's place during the first week of April, and it was a perfect place for us! We appreciated the amount of space we had (3 bathrooms!), the full kitchen, and the balcony was a popular spot for us to hang out. It was very clean and well stocked. AC units in each bedroom kept us cool at night. The overall location of the gated community was ideal as it put us close by the main areas we were looking to explore, and had some nice food options close by. The gated community itself was peaceful and felt safe as we were out and about in the evenings after dark. We rented a golf cart from Jorge which was definitely the way to go to get around and visit other families staying close by and for going down to the beach. The pool in our cluster was nice and quiet. It was a little confusing initially finding the right entrance and accessing the gate, but Jorge promptly answered my call and provided clear instructions to get us there. I highly recommend this place!

My husband and I reserved a month originally. A few days prior to end of agreement we contacted Norma to extend our stay. No problem she said and we extended. Prompt response every time we called or text Norma. The tenants and owners of other units were thoughtful , welcoming and helpful with smiles always. Once we learned location, we found kindness great food and gorgeous beaches everywhere ! My husband and I toured over 1/3 of the island. The only depressing part was leaving and we already miss what we called home for over a month. Thank you Norma and Padre for sharing such a safe, comfortable and welcoming place!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy and well-appointed apartment! The space is thoughtfully set up for comfort and convenience—everything from the layout to the little touches made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was unbelievably soft—easily the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on during my travels. I also really appreciated the modern amenities, especially having a washer and dryer right in the unit. The balcony was a favorite spot of mine, with a peaceful view overlooking a little creek—perfect spot for morning coffee. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay, super close to beaches and El Yunque.

If you are looking for a place that feels like home, this is it. The apartment is in a private area within walking distance to the beach. The area is very peaceful; great for relaxing. The host is excellent. This is our second time at this airbnb and will return soon.

I enjoyed my stay at the condo. Comfortable for five. Enjoyed my time on the top floor. Being able to watch the sunrise was nice , and it was a beautiful view with part of the ocean and tons of green tropical plants and trees. I also thought i had lost the key and Kevin was responsive in such a short amount of time. That was nice. At some point I will definitely stay again for another trip to Río Grande.

Beautiful apartment with an ocean view, secluded beach, not crowded pool. Only few steps to Wyndham resort, which is more crowded area with a few restaurants. “Roots” is a good one for dinner. Very safe and fairly close to Old San Juan, and the airport. 50 minute with traffic though. The host accommodated a late check out for a fee. Easy to check in and good communication. I would recommend this place.

My wife and I stayed with our two young sons, and had a great time. Incredible views of the beach, a pool and hot tub, and an easy drive to the rainforest or Fajardo. Thank you to our great hosts!

Perfect beach side stay! This place is better in real life then we expected. Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at this spacious, nicely decorated apartment in a super convenient location. As a penthouse unit, the rooftop terrace was a huge bonus—perfect for kicking back and relaxing. Everything was clean and thoughtfully stocked—we especially appreciated the little extras like toiletries, beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler), and the s’mores kit! It’s a walk-up (four short flights) and conveniently close to the pool and basketball/tennis courts. The kitchen had everything we needed (just note there’s no dishwasher), and the beds in the master and second bedrooms were very comfy. Restaurants, grocery stores, and nearby towns like Luquillo and Fajardo were all an easy drive away. There was a power outage our first night (island-wide), and while there’s no generator, the flashlights and candles helped until power returned a few hours later. Jose was always super responsive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Pictured as it is, beautiful view from balcony sitting in a rocking chair. Beautiful morning sunrise, chirping birds. In the evening you get serenaded by the coquis . Great place for a get away , my husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. Plan to come back in the future.
