Great place to stay in George Town. We took this place for a short 4 day stay in April 2025 with family and we all loved it. The unit is on 37 floor, checkin instructions were detailed and clear with photos as well. We reached early to Penang and requested Homey Planet if we can drop in our bags early post check out, and they ready to help us with that. Location of the building is perfect and cab took us there in some 30-35 mins from airport. The view from the Balcony is amazing with sea and city lights in the night. Place was very homely, with everything mentioned as in description. Cabs are easily available and there are some good fine dine restaurants around the place . Has access to pool as well. Lifts we felt were and no issues for waiting as such, max you can avoid checkin/checkout time. Overall would love to come back to this place and may be stay even longer. Surely worth the money spend. NaiBnB is an very good host. Place was clean, tidy and spacious. Great choice of restaurants and shops and Monorail around. NaiBnB made sure we were comfortable in our stay. Thanks NaiBnB and team for your care and help during the entire stay and made us feel comfortable.

It is facing the mall place and mahkota hospital. Great place to stay with a family of 4. Have 2 beds and they also provide additional 1 folded mattress. Just that ask the guard properly how to use the check in card at the gate bcs the guard is foreigner (cant speak english) so the way they explain is a bit hard to understand.

Had a superb 4D3N stay at Benny’s place! The homestay was spotless, well-maintained and very comfortable. House is well equipped with nice tv, Netflix, kitchenware and basic necessities. Bed and pillow is comfy, would be lovely to have thicker blankets options for added comfort. The host was welcoming and allowed us to check in early upon arrival. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, cozy and hassle free getaway.

The house is so clean. The host provides a PS5, a pool table, and a swimming pool for kids. My family enjoys our stays here, and we will return next year.

The place was exactly as described and very near to the train station and local restaurants. The pool table, karaoke set and jacuzzi were a pleasant addition to me and my friends’ short gathering. Colin and Run Yee were very helpful and provided detailed instructions for check in. Would definitely recommend this place for large groups who want to chill and have a good time.

Everything is good, but the internet wifi is really bad. Water pressure also very low. And the phone telco coverage is very low for maxis, celcomdigi is totally off.

كان المنزل مطابق للصور وكان المضيف سريع الاستجابه وفي أي وقت وقد اعجبني المنزل في كل شيء وكان مريحاً جداً واهم صفه في المنزل النظافه والرُقي من حيث اللمسه الهادئه لألوان الجدران والاناره ونظافة الحمامات ولكنه لا يقع داخل المنطقه المركزيه وفي نفسالوقت ليس بعيد عن شارع العرب والKLCC حيث يبعد مسافة وجيزه ويمكن المشي لفتره قصيره الى تلك المناطق الحيويه ويقع المنزل بجوار محطة المترو وهذا شيء جيد للغايه ولدي ملاحظه واحده فقط وهي يجب تعزيز وزيادة ادوات ومعدات الطبخ في المطبخ حتى يتمكن الضيف من الطهي بسلاسه اذا رغب في البقاء في المنزل وتناول الطعام وشكراً لفريق العمل المسؤول … وفي النهايه انا انصح بهذا المنزل

SJ’s property was amazing. From the moment of checking in we were totally impressed. So impressed that we immediately booked a week more to our stay. The property was very clean and looked better than the pictures provided. We were also given a free housekeeper visit during our stay which was a nice touch of class. I feel that we could have asked for them to come again, but they do such a good job that there was no need to. This is the first Airbnb that we have stayed at where the linen smelled so fresh the whole time. Plus they offered washing detergent for the washing machine which is so convenient in this hot climate in which we change our clothing so much. I can go on and on how great this stay was but we would be here all day. Restaurant,grocery stores,malls great indoor pool all in walking distance adds to this great property as well!

We had a very comfortable stay for 9 days. The apartment was clean, bright, spacious with minimalistic design which we appreciated and enjoyed. Close to the airport and walkable to Queensbay mall. Very convenient to use Grab to explore Penang. CY and Marcus were very responsive and considerate hosts. Highly recommended.
