This well equipped property is set in a quiet residential area and would suit the needs of a small family, couple or single traveller. The focus is very much on comfort and cleanliness whilst providing guests with all the facilities they may need during their stay. Newton Aycliffe is a small town conveniently located for easy access to the A1(M) and the A167. Durham City is just a 20 minute drive to the North and Darlington (with its airport and rail links) is only 5 miles to the south.

"HAY LOFT" quiet rural location, close to Durham

The Loft is located above our garage in a large garden and field totalling 8 acres. We're at the end of a farm track in the middle of the countryside, half a mile from the nearest road meaning ZERO traffic noise. The headroom is kind of tight along the two sides but, at 6 feet tall I manage okay. Perfect for two, but can easily cope with 4 people. The Loft is accessed by external concrete steps. The accommodation is not suitable for children but we've squeezed them in on occasions.
