A special shoutout to the caretaker for being extremely helpful and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. And most importantly, Anita, our host, has set the bar way too high for me to book any other property! Her hospitality, attention to detail, and responsiveness made this experience truly exceptional. I recently stayed at the villa for a day and used it as a remote workspace. The experience was fantastic. The villa is peaceful and quiet, providing an ideal environment for focused work. The internet connection was reliable, which was crucial for my work tasks. Although my stay was short, I found the amenities and ambience perfect for work and relaxation.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

Staying at Ajay Uncle’s place was a wonderful experience. The homestay was clean, well-organized, and hosted by a responsive and friendly team. It truly felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful design and excellent management. It’s an ideal spot for both friends and family. Sujata Aunty, the cook, prepared delicious Maharashtrian meals that we thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone made us feel so welcome. One of the highlights of the stay was a long, engaging conversation with Ajay Uncle—it’s something you definitely shouldn’t miss. He’s such a fascinating person. Overall, I loved the stay, the people, and the area!

We needed a place to stay near family - Neha’s place was spacious, had all amenities for a comfortable stay. There are grocery stores and good restaurants in walkable distance. Parking is available and auto stand is right outside.

Me and my friends stayed at Anisha's Airbnb for couple of days. Out of an amazing place to stay with friends or family, great spacious living room and bedrooms as well as great terrace and swimming pool makes the bnb worth the cost. Anisha was very responsive and helpful to my queries. And the caretaker Sagar made the stay very easy and peaceful.

We had a great stay at Srushti’s place more so because Stushti proved to be an excellent host who handled all questions, concerns and requests efficiently and politely. The property was very clean and location wise was also in a very peaceful neighbourhood with easy access to nearby shops/convenience stores. Overall a great place for a family oriented peaceful staycation.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

We had an amazing stay at the bungalow, which we booked for a small wedding ritual function. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our group of 20 people. We never experienced any discomfort or issues during our stay. The host, Mr. Manchanda, was friendly and accommodating, enhancing our overall experience. The in-house food was homemade and authentic, with delicious Punjabi cuisine that made us feel right at home. Our guests also had a wonderful time, with no difficulties during their stay. It was a good experience overall, the management was nice and we'll responsive. The local recommendations were great and the place itself is very private, a good choice for peaceful stay without any issues. Easily reachable beach, eateries.
