You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

This space is located in the lower level of a commercial office building that has recently been re-purposed as a guest friendly temp-stay unit with kitchenette. Beau’s father “Goodie” built Goodie’s Gravel Get-Away and was his permanent residence for 25 years. You can see a lot of work has went into it. We want you to enjoy it as much as we do. Goodie’s is our home away from home. This is a shop style home on 30 beautiful acres. You will enjoy 2 ponds, a private discgolf course, sand beach, 2 docks, walking trail, fishing, fire pit, and so much more. We are located on the edge of the flint hills which is a must see when staying.
