Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle? Enjoy a stay at our 3rd Generation Family Ranch that is located 3 1/2 miles East of Highway 99. We have something for everyone! You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

Lakeside Safari-Theme Loft w/HotTub & Party Patio!

Airy loft home is a modern safari-style getaway! Large kitchen/island overlook the sofa, fireplace and 65" Smart TV. Large 1st floor bathroom is by the master, which has adjustable king bed & 50" Smart TV. Upstairs has a queen bed, 55" Smart TV, bathroom/shower and a 3-person bunk bed. Rowing machine and 2-person hot tub on the balcony! Tranquility and peacefulness surround you and helps you push the "reset" button on life! Step out the door and immerse yourself in nature! Evenings can be spent around the firepit, roasting marshmallows (which are complimentary), listening to coyotes howling in the distance or just gazing at the stars! Our furry friends will abide for your attention and will be a constant companion as you stroll down to the creek or up the trail to catch the setting sun. Life is better in the Country!

Goodie’s Gravel Get-Away

Beau’s father “Goodie” built Goodie’s Gravel Get-Away and was his permanent residence for 25 years. You can see a lot of work has went into it. We want you to enjoy it as much as we do. Goodie’s is our home away from home. This is a shop style home on 30 beautiful acres. You will enjoy 2 ponds, a private discgolf course, sand beach, 2 docks, walking trail, fishing, fire pit, and so much more. We are located on the edge of the flint hills which is a must see when staying.
