Nice, clean and comfortable. Even the mattresses were great. Great neighborhood. Small tip though, it'd be nice if there's a few hooks/towel rods in the bathroom to hang towels to dry. And a few kitchen towels wouldn't hurt either.

Really lovely three-bedroom apartment close to university. Great coffee shop across the street. Assigned parking spot very close and safe, with plenty of street parking when needed.

We had a great stay at Aveline’s place—spacious, spotless, and located in a quiet, new development just a short walk from Publix, restaurants, and shops. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with plenty of private space for four adults. Aveline was a thoughtful and responsive host who checked in to make sure everything met our expectations. The area felt safe and peaceful, and I’d absolutely stay again if I’m ever back in town.

We loved Peggy’s! The place was nice and clean, just what we needed. We loved the outdoor patio and quiet neighborhood!

It really was a nice place to stay for 2.5 days. I was here with my daughter as she was chosen to be part of the GMEA All-State full orchestra. Definitely would recommend Wendy’s unit if you need to stay in Athens for a day or two. Very responsive and engaged host, she’ll make sure you are set for whatever you need.

The apartment location was convenient and the space was clean and functional. It was a busy weekend in Athens and a few storms rolled in so it was not quiet, but that’s to be expected. We enjoyed being able to walk to a wide variety of shops and restaurants.

We loved Debbie’s! The apartment was clean, quiet, and private. We loved the farmhouse decor and the homey atmosphere. We will definitely be staying here again!

The stay with Jessica was amazing! The house was well-taken care of, the room was plenty spacious enough, and the ease of finding it/plus getting to our chosen event from there was just top tier in all facets. We will absolutely be returning if Jessica will have us, because we truly had the best time in only our second Airbnb experience. Jessica and Co., y’all are amazing!

Wow! What an a charming and cozy cottage this was. From the second you walk in the door you can see and even smell all the special touches Tanna has filled this cottage with. 100+ year old antiques, immaculately decorated yet also modern 'necessities' such as fast internet and a 4K TV for movie nights. I really appreciated having the small things like coffee available, toothpicks, q-tips--things you don't always see in an Airbnb. The surrounding outdoors were so beautiful. Cattle across the street with a donkey you can hear from time to time, cute barn cats wandering around next door, gorgeous sunsets overlooking the yard, all still close enough to downtown as we preferred. Really happy we chose this place!

This unit was perfect. Very clean and nicely furnished and very, very peaceful in the big back yard. An easy 10 minute ride into downtown. Host was very responsible and easy to deal with. Thanks for a great stay!

When visiting family in the area, we like to stay in Normaltown because of the easy accessibility to restaurants and parks. If you are looking to stay in Athens this place has a great location and really comfortable floorplan for a family. We enjoyed the comfortable great room with large couches. We found the bathrooms were spacious and really nicely updated compared to others houses we've rented in this area in the past. Parking was easy and plentiful. Would book again!

Do not hesitate for a second to stay at this place if it’s available! The house is so well designed and decorated, and it was incredibly clean. We had three couples staying there, and it was very comfortable - each bedroom (with very comfortable beds!) has its own bathroom. Additionally, Ashley was so great to work with and even had fresh flowers and some welcome treats for our arrival. I highly recommend this place … very convenient to downtown and campus too.

We were in Athens for the SEC Swimming and Diving Championships. Go Vols! This home was recommended by a friend, who stayed last year during a swim meet. It exceeded all of our expectations. Gorgeous inside, extremely comfortable bedding, very private, top notch kitchen - a well needed break from full days at an exciting swim meet. We spent 5 nights and didn’t want to leave. About 15-18 minutes to the pool. Kelly communicated often and allowed us to check in early. By far, the best Airbnb we have stayed in. We will definitely book again when in Athens.

I've stayed at Airbnbs from San Francisco to Paris, and Stacey's place in Commerce, Georgia, was the most well appointed home I've ever been in. The kitchen was fully stocked and immaculately organized. Every room and bathroom had everything you could need. My housemate and I made a game of trying to find something Stacey hadn't thought of to make available. She goes above and beyond most Airbnb hosts to make sure you feel at home. Beautiful, roomy house walkable to the quaint downtown area and its shops and restaurants. A quiet neighborhood. We felt right at home! I don't know when or if I'll back to this charming town, but Stacey's Airbnb will certainly be my first choice.

Came up to Athens for a weekend getaway with friends and this house was absolutely amazing, spotless, and Barton was beyond flexible and informative about the local community! Thank you and hopefully will be coming back soon!

Obsessed with the design & decor in this condo - modern, clean, beautiful. Spacious, open living/dining/kitchen. His & her sinks, comfortable bedrooms w/ blackout blinds, updated bathroom. Perfect location downtown. Will be booking again next time we're in Athens!

Perfect location for a wedding we attended at the Botanical Gardens. Everything at the condo was just as described in the listing. Would recommend.

Excellent stay. Everything was clean and as described. I was highly satisfied with the location to downtown. My son was staying near campus for an event so going to and from the kids hotel to the Classic Center was super convenient and fast. All appliances worked and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook and clean up. The beds are super comfy and, while I’m not really a stay in and veg kind of person, it was rainy and cold so was grateful for a TV with a gazillion available channels and streaming options. Will definitely stay again if in Athens.

Incredible location! Easy to find, load and unload was a breeze (I was a little nervous about that part and there was plenty of space) and instructions for entry were clear and thorough. Adorable unit, loved all the Georgia decor. It was walking distance to everywhere we needed to go for the weekend which made it the perfect fit for what we needed.

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!

Hannah’s place was exactly as described! It was an easy drive downtown to lots of restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and it was the perfect place for my friends and me. Hannah was also always responsive and friendly!
