Studio with pool

This wonderful studio is in a house near Sesimbra, where you can either enjoy a relaxing holiday or enjoy this place for longer time as a remote worker. The house is located in a quiet residential area 4 km from Sesimbra Beach, 8 km from Meco Beach, and 18km away from the stunning Arrábida beaches and hikes. The studio is separated from the house, but the entrance is through the main house. The garden and pool are in a common area, which you will share just with me, there won't be more guests.

Appointed to a high standard with simple yet sophisticated materials, such as micro cement flooring , stucco walls and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.

Arriving at Olival de São Filipe means first stopping to take in the view. The high location of the seven-hectare estate provides rich vistas. “Even more beautiful than in the pictures”, is a frequently heard response. The panorama is varied and changes constantly under the influence of the sun, clouds and water. You look out over the Atlantic Ocean, the Tróia peninsula - with a sandy beach as far as the eye can see - the Fort of São Filipe, the mouth of the Sado river and the city of Setúbal.
