Tanya was very friendly and helpful and gave clear instructions. The space itself was very stylish with bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and private outdoor space. It had everything you need for self catering. There was a lovely large comfortable bed and the hot tub was luxurious even having a gazebo to keep the rain off. Thoroughly recommend for a relaxing weekend.

This a brilliant apartment with a lovely, efficient host. Clean, big rooms and lots of natural light. Perfect for our girly weekend in Blackpool. Near to the prom and plenty of restaurants / bars etc. Right next to the winter gardens. Only thing to note if booking is that the electric heaters are a bit small so we found closing all the internal doors helped to keep the heat in each room. It was January with very cold outdoor temperatures. Assume it might be hot in summer but there were fans in each room if needed. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again if we return to Blackpool. Thanks so much.

Fantastic apartment right in the town centre. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We stayed in apartment no 1 and would highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location to the town, easy and great place to stay

A lovely, comfortable, quiet, self contained flat with everything you need for an enjoyable stay, a good location for visits to Lytham, st Annes and Blackpool, with the train station only a short walk away, we took the train, one stop to St Annes, where you are spoilt for choice of bars and restaurants. our host Shashi, gave us clear directions and instructions for check in and out, as we didn't have any need, we didn't get to meet our hosts and we could come and go to suit ourselves. I would highly recommend a stay here. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Super flat, ideal for us to visit our son at Uclan. Comfy beds, very nice TV and WiFi. Quiet area in central location. Handy off-road parking. Very helpful host. Would love to visit again.

Beautiful apartment in peaceful surroundings. A 15 minute walk to cleveleys main centre. The beach is opposite and you can walk on the promenade to either Blackpool or Fleetwood. Paul was extremely friendly and answered any questions I had very quickly. The apartment was warm and cosy with your own parking bay. There’s a lot to see and do and all along the coast and we will no doubt be back in the future

lovely home, perfect location for us outside of the hustle and great to have parking. we wish the bath was in use but we had everything we needed as well as a bottle of bubbly on arrival.

Easy access was near everything we needed, very clean, over all amazing stay the host was really kind and will definitely be booking another stay x

Had a wonderful stay at Pauline’s place in Southport. Was super comfortable place for me my wife and our 2 years old boys. It’s very spacey and quiet with a really nice garden to relax in. Walking distance from central Southport. She also came over to see us and was super helpful and very welcoming and friendly to us. Would certainly stay here again.

Julie was a fantastic host, accommodating and friendly. Accommodation is clean and comfortable and is in a great location, walking distance to local shops and restaurants with the train station at the end of the road if you want to go further afield without driving. The property is on a peaceful and safe street however our only complaint was unfortunately the next door neighbours left their two dogs shut up alone all day & evening every day and they barked almost continuously from morning to night. We are dog lovers/owners and had our three dogs with us but even our patience was tested by the end of the stay! Obviously not something that can be controlled by Julie and the plus side was that it drove us out of the property to spend more time out and about exploring the local area! Other than that it was a great value for money stay and we would potentially stay again if back in the area

loved the place only thing missing was some extra heating apart from radiator in lounge it got cool in there a couple of times whilst watching the panoramic views the bedroom was never cold .The loo and kitchen were tiny but that's okay as we didn't stay in them long kitchen equipment was all there .will be returning next year very close to dog friendly beach

Lovely apartment with spacious kitchen. Close to the beach and tramline. Quiet and peaceful. Apartment was lovely and clean and homely. Big comfy bed. Had a lovely welcome basket of goodies. Was met at the property by the host Margaret. Felt like home from home. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Had such a lovely Christmas staying here! Would highly recommend! Kai was so useful, even providing flour and muffin trays as we had forgot for the all important Yorkshire puddings 😂 thanks so much!

Great little flat close enough to walk to everything including pleasure beach, sand castle water park, stanley park and the zoo. Had everything that you needed, easy to find, plenty of places to park outside, nice and tidy. Only thing I would mention is that there is a huge extractor fan from the take away next door that runs up the side of the bedroom window which is noisy so if you're a light sleeper this could be annoying, luckily it didn't bother us at all as we aren't light sleepers 😆 x

Amazing accommodation, new refurbished, clean and tidy. It just the same as the photos. We are so happy to stay here. Very impressive apartment, very comfortable beds. Easy access to bars. My only concern was that we couldn’t log on to the WiFi , but it was no big deal and didn’t spoil our stay. Would definitely book again.

A fantastic place! Stunning views and it was really clean and luxurious inside with all the amenities you need. Asif was very responsive and helpful for any questions that I had. Plenty of free parking right infront of the property which was very convenient also! One of the best Airbnbs in Preston for sure.

Best airbnb we've stayed at: spotlessly clean, luxurious and wonderfully quirky decor, with fantastic attention to detail to make our stay feel extra special. The property is centrally located for shops, restaurants, pubs, park and coast but is quiet and peaceful at the same time: you can walk everywhere from here. Jenny and Lee are warm, friendly, easygoing and very down-to-earth: perfect hosts who are very attentive without being intrusive - all the little touches and attention to detail make you feel very looked-after. Will definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend. Made our holiday!

Fantastic place, lovely and clean. Homely and comfortable. Quiet street. Walking distance into Preston. Highly recommend. I stayed for a weeks training in Preston and it was so nice to feel I was going home for the evening after a long day.
