Ideal for teachers, traveling nurses, contractors or a families needing a base, this single-family unit offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. This single-family unit is within walking distance of all Fairfax offers. *Please note* that being this close to the center of town also puts you closer to the train tracks. Relax by one of the 2 ponds with water features or on the patio. Take a walk around the pond with Isaac or Isabella (Great Danes)as your guide on our 13 acres. Sorry no pets allowed! There is a a micro, fridge & coffee mkr in ur suite. Cook your meal in our shared kitchen. All linens are sanitized w/ high temp sanitizing wash. You have your own private entrance so come and go as you please! Airbnb designated parking. I live on the 2nd floor should u need assistance !

Relax with the whole family or just a place for two at this peaceful place to stay. The Ponderosa Cabin was three different private rooms that can be used by an entire family or can be divided into quiet, romantic suites. Each room has their own private entrance and are stand alone rentals which rent independently. This particular unit has been named after the original lady of the home place, Mrs. Essie. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil studio style cabin getaway inside our 3 acre campground. Charcoal grill, fire pit, picnic table provided. We do have firewood and ice for sale onsite as well. Very close to hunting and fishing opportunities. Rural setting off county maintained dirt road yet easy day trips to Statesboro, Augusta, Savannah, and Charleston.
