This lake home exceeded our expectations. It is spacious inside - ideal for families with kids due to all of the twin beds. Accessing one of the king bedrooms requires that you walk through the other king bedroom. Perfect for me and my sister in law but might have been awkward for 2 couples. Our 4 teenage boys spent all day fishing off the dock and swimming. The home has multiple decks and plenty of nice chaise lounge chairs. This home has a cozy cabin feel inside and it has been updated nicely. We enjoyed cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and later relaxing on the huge comfortable couch. The WiFi works well and the smart tv and remotes were easy to navigate. We had one small issue at checkin but they handled it immediately and solved the problem within 1 hour. As we were driving home, my sister-in-law realized she had left her ring in the house. The host contacted the cleaning crew who found it under the bed. We were incredibly grateful!

Had a couple of issues during the stay, however Maria and her husband Zane were very responsive and made sure that we were taken care of. We were previous owners of the property. Zane and Maria have made many upgrades to the property in the last five years. If you stay during the week you will have beautiful calm water and a peaceful stay. Weekends get a little bit busier on the water, but still very nice. If you stay over a holiday weekend, or the Shootout weekend it gets a little rough on the water. Coconuts is within walking distance. A little pricey, and a little hectic on weekends (in season). However, there are plenty of good dinning options within a 20 to 30 minute drive, and shorter by water. Thanks to Zane and Maria for providing a great experience.

This property was in a perfectly peaceful area of the lake... complete access to all the fun in Lake of Ozarks but far enough away to feel at peace. Property was everything that we were hoping for. Host went above and beyond with communication, prior to and during trip (host even provided a brand new Crockpot, when asked if there was one). Family was comfortable with all amenities. Highly recommend.

This is such a great place to stay when visiting Columbia! It's a great location - close to MU, coffee, restaurants, bars, Greek life, and more! The home is updated inside & beautifully decorated. The beds are comfy and the kitchen has what we needed for a weekend away/ It's the perfect rental! Joseph was so friendly & easy to work with on our rental - we'll definitely be back!

This was an incredibly beautiful and peaceful spot. The cabin was comfortably furnished and modern, but still had a rustic feel.

Shawn & Betsy provided detailed instructions about how to find the house, which was important because maps apps don’t get you there. They were both proactive and responsive. The house was exactly as advertised. There was more than enough space to accommodate our group of 5. Great hosts!

A nice secluded home with plenty of space for a group or family gathering. A group of 10 came in for the Mizzou game and everyone was able to have their own space, and there was ample space to gather and hang out as well. It's a bit south of town, but its a short drive to get anywhere.

I took six teenage boys and this place was perfect for them! Not only was there the swim dock/slide, kayaks and swimspa to keep them occupied, they loved hanging out on the double deck. The basement was setup as a great place to sleep and hangout. It’s a great place for adults and kids. Definitely will go back!
