Charming house with an open and large living room that is perfect for relaxing, working or for family. The house is in a very calm area, very close to a grocery store, A large living room with an indoor fireplace and a big TV screen, free Netflix, HBO, Disney and of course many other applications in smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher, and all equipment you need. Three bedrooms, two with king size beds. A large terrace and BBQ place. A rental car can be available.

Dishwasher & washing machine, 2 km to supermarket. Trails for running and skiing right by house. Ski/skate/bike/kayak rental. In winter see the northern lights over the frozen lake, the location and view is stunning. Wifi 500/500. Welcome!

Discover our lodge concept in the heart of Swedish’s Lapland, in harmony with nature. We thought those cottages in respect with the environnement, perfectly equipped to spend unforgettable moments. A cosy chalet of around 60 sqm, all comfort that can accommodate 5 people. it has a room downstair for two people and a second one on the loft for three people. It also has a private bathroom, full-equipped kitchen and a comfortable open living room. Every chalet has its own private terrace.

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Välkommen till vår topprenoverade bagarstuga med anor från 1600-talet i naturskön miljö. Belägen intill vårt boningshus men du disponerar ett eget hus. Här upplever du en unik kombination av gammaldags charm och modern komfort. En imponerande takhöjd i nock som ger en luftig känsla, samt en stor öppen spis där du kan njuta av värmen och skapa fina minnen. De smakfulla renoveringarna har bevarat den autentiska atmosfären, vilket ger dig en rofylld och avkopplande upplevelse.

Naturskönt och vattennära boende vid Råneälven.

Vackert hus och boende beläget på en udde i Råneälven. Nära till vatten och skog. Här finns fullt utrustat, modernt kök och wc med tvättmaskin för bekvämt boende i lugna och vackra Norrbotten. The northern light is common at the house. You can even see it from the bedroom, if the weather is right. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng. Obs ingen barnsäng finns. I vardagsrummet finns två sängar som går att ta isär. Även två soffor som man kan bädda i om man är ett stort sällskap.

Welcome to our villa by the sea. Enjoy fantastic nature,sea,northern lights, walk on the ice without disturbing lights from the city. Sauna or why not a bath. About 16 minutes by car to Luleå C. bus connections are available but are limited and a car is preferred. Remember that you are renting our home, we appreciate it if you leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived❤️ For questions you are welcome to contact us. Bedroom nr 5 comes at extra cost.

House in prime location, with panorama view over the lake Djupträsket, attached to the river Kalixälven. Private beach with a sauna directly on the beach just a few steps from the main building. The main building of 75m2 is all refurbished with two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and a new bathroom. Large windows and a major outside terrace, offers you a breathtaking view through all seasons.

Liten lägenhet centralt i Luleå

Liten lägenhet centralt i Luleå med egen ingång, hall, badrum och sovrum. Det finns inte kök, men det finns en liten kyl, micro, vattenkokare och enklare husgeråd. Det finns gatuparkering precis utanför huset. Vi bor i lägenheten bredvid. Det är en innerdörr mellan lägenheterna men den är blockerad och bra isolerad så det är inte så lyhört mellan lägenheterna. Mysigt och prisvärt boende!

Lev det enkla livet i detta fridfulla och centralt belägna boende. Pittoreskt, lugnt område i centrala Luleå där du har en familjevänlig badstrand runt hörnet samt vackra promenadstråk. Vintertid finns isvägen som nyttjas av såväl skridskoåkare, flanörer, cyklister och joggare. Du hittar badstrand, isväg, promenadstråk, park, museum, city inom 10 minuters gångavstånd.
