We had a lovely time here. The house is well equipped and the views of the beach and the sea from the conservatory are amazing, with the gate from the car park down onto the beach an added bonus. There were 6 of us and it was a comfortable fit, but 8 people would be fine too. We were just out of Easter holiday season so Elie was very quiet, no lights on in most of the houses along the High Street , Liberty etc.

Wer Ruhe sucht, findest sie hier. Die Betten sind bequem, sogar für meinen Mann der eher harte Matratzen bevorzugt. Die Nächte waren sehr erholsam, das Meer für die Seele Balsam. Wandern an der Küste ist ein Traum. Im Ort gibt es das Nötigste-inkl. der leckeren Eisdiele! Neben dem Cottage gibt es ein Pub, was zum Sonnenuntergang auf ein Cider im Garten einläd! Auch hier ist keine Lärmbelästigung! Das Haus ist toll, für Menschen ohne Geh-Beeinträchtigungen kein Problem -die Treppe hat schmale Stufen, jedoch auch festhalte Möglichkeiten an der Wand. Das Häusschen war warm geheizt. Wir waren auf dem Weg vom Airport zum Cottage Nahrungsmittel einkaufen für die bevorstehenden Tage. Ihr benötigt Pulverkaffee (Instant) oder gemahlene Bohnen für die French-Press. Milch und ein Überraschungskorb mit Marmelade, Cake und Keksen stand bereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieses wunderbar gelegene Cottage kommen wollen.Danke Shona,ein kleines Schmuckstück, was Du den Gästen zur Verfügung stellst♥

Beautiful neat and stylish house in stunning location with walks from the doorstep along the East Fife coast path. Bus service along the route to ferry you back. St Andrews and Dundee (new V and A museum) in easy reach. Stunning boat trip to Isle of May.

We stayed at Mar House for a holiday with our children and grandchildren. The instructions before arrival were timeous and clear. The house had been decorated to a high standard and was accurately reflected in the photos. We were delighted to find the requested high chair and travel cot for our wee ones. The house more than met our needs and we appreciated the milk, juice and shortbread left as a welcome gift. The Tunnock’s tea cakes on the beds were a big win 😊 The house was a 15 min walk into town. We definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

Had a great time staying here. Really relaxing and close to local shops for anything you need food wise. Beautiful surrounding. Izzy was very helpful with anything we needed and was an amazing host. Couldn’t of asked for more

We absolutely loved Alex’s home…there was 6 of us travelling together and the house was the perfect size… the house was comfy, beautiful surroundings…friendly locals…beautiful beach just a 2 min walk away…very clean home in quiet neighbourhood

Perfect location near to the beach and a short, easy bus journey into Edinburgh. Lovely holiday property with home from home facilities. Perfect for eating in but nice restaurants a few minutes walk away.

We had a fantastic weekend at Paul's house. The accommodation was excellent, comfortable, well equipped and close to nearby attractions. Communication with Paul was excellent. we will recommend this Airbnb to friends and family and would be very happy to visit again.

caravan fornito di tutto...dalla biancheria a tutto quello che serviva per la cucina ,bagno e dormire scott sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda o richiesta. eravamo in 8 adulti e siamo stati molto bene. 5 stelle

Amazing caravan just a short walk from the beach and a local coop the entertainment complex is ideal for the kids the caravan was clean and tidy has that welcome feeling we cannot wait to visit again.

A great place to spend your vacation, or just a few days to relax and get away from the routine. Very attentive host and great to negotiate with.

We stayed at Jennifer’s place over the Easter weekend and it did not disappoint. The house is beautiful. Lovely interior design with cute touches throughout, well equipped with everything we needed and the beds were amazing. We all slept so well. The place is a little sun trap too. The area is quite simply stunning. The coastal walk from Anstruther to Pittenweem was gorgeous and the views are something else. If we return to this part of the world we would definitely book Jennifer’s place again.

On se sent comme à la maison et on profite d’une décoration ultra soignée que nous avons extrêmement appréciés. Bravo et merci à vous. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour en Ecosse et de notre lieu de villégiature à Aberlady.

We had a great time at Carolyn's place - a real home from home that had everything we could have possibly wanted. It was warm and welcoming, despite the Scottish weather! The location was fabulous, ideal for strolling into town and the beaches. Would definitely visit again and highly recommend. Thanks Carolyn!

merci à Jim pour ce super séjour. nous étions 7 adultes, un enfant et 2 bébés et c'est très adapté pour tout le monde, en particulier les très nombreux jouets pour tous les âges ! le temps magnifique nous a permis de bien profiter de la terrasse et du jardin. Jim a été très réactif pour répondre à chacun de mes messages et a été très serviable. Je recommande cet endroit pour profiter de belles vacances en Ecosse !!

Beautifully appointed house in a great location, within walking distance of coastal paths and the village itself.

Lovely property. Milk in the fridge when we arrived and fresh towels laid out with was a very thoughtful touch. Would stay again.
