Minutes away from I 40 & I 17. 2 miles to NAU & downtown, hiking trails behind subdivision. 3 full beds + pull out couch. Easy self check in. **Early check-in possible based on availability. No additional fees for up to 6 total guests. Fully outfitted kitchen with dishes, pots/pans, toaster, coffee maker. Yard has firepit & griddle (weather/fire restrictions permitting).

Still, our home sits inside Flagstaff, with all its amenities: cafes, roasteries, beer gardens, and breweries. Cozy one bedroom house affectionately called 'Hobbit House' for having low ceilings, especially in the bathroom (see description for details), queen bed, well stocked kitchen, private front porch. Safe neighborhood, quiet evenings and weekends, a very relaxing place to be so close to downtown! No TV but has lots of reading material to learn about the area. No A/C. I have 2 other separate places next to Cozy House.
