Charming little cozy loft, just 20 minutes from the Arachova ski resort. Location easy to find, and parking on the side of the house. A special touch from the owner was having wood pallets ready for the fireplace, making it even more comfortable after a long day in the snow. The warm welcome, complete with a bottle of wine, was truly thoughtful!

Hei, vi hadde et herlig opphold i denne leiligheten, som knaller høyeste grad svarte til forventningene. Enkelt å kommunisere med vertskapet, som svarte raskt og var veldig behjelpelig. Leiligheten hadde en fin beliggenhet i umiddelbar nærhet til havna, og bylivet i Skiathos. Nattelivet kommer også tett på, men det var godt isolerte vinduer som stengte lyden ute. Fikk følelsen av å være en av de lokale. Deilig og sval takterrasse. For oss var dette et perfekt stoppested for noen dager, før videre reise med båt. Kan absolutt anbefales! Εξαιρετική επιλογή για οικογένεια. Το διαμέρισμα ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας αφού οι φωτογραφίες δεν αποδίδουν ακριβώς το ποσό όμορφος χώρος είναι. Είχε τα πάντα που μπορεί να χρειαστείς για τη διαμονή σου, ολιγοήμερη ή και πολυήμερη. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, μετακινήσεις με τα πόδια και ησυχία. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα ως μια value for money επιλογή.

Το σπίτι της Tamara είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο, κοντά σε εστιατόρια,καφέ, και επίσης πολύ κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ και μανάβικο. Είναι κοντά στα δωρεάν Λουτρά, δέκα λεπτά με τα πόδια και σε πολλά ιδωτικα υδροθεραπευτήρια. Το σπίτι είναι παλιό αλλά σε καλή κατάσταση. Ίσως χρειάζεται αντικατασταση σε κάποιες πρίζες, αλλά οκ. Η κουζίνα καλά εξοπλισμένη,τα κλιματιστικά αποτελεσματικά. Σε γενικές γραμμές είναι πολύ καλό και πρακτικό. Σίγουρα θα ξανά εμένα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

Πολύ καλή οικοδεσπότης , φιλική και διακριτική! Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος, το μπάνιο ευρύχωρο, η κουζινα αρτια εξοπλισμενη με σκεύη και συσκευές, μεγάλο ψυγείο, διαθέσιμο πλυντηριο ρουχων, όλα λειτουργικά και η θέα απίστευτη. Ιδιαίτερα ήσυχη η γειτονιά αλλά ήταν και Πάσχα και δεν είχε γενικά κόσμο η Γλώσσα! Τα εστιατόρια όλα κλειστά αλλά ευτυχώς στο καταλυμα ήταν εύκολο να προετοιμάσεις γευματα! Όλα άψογα! Ευχαριστούμε!!!

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία! Το σπίτι ήταν προσβάσιμο και μέσα στο κέντρο του χωριού.Είχε μέσα παροχές τις οποίες δεν βρίσκεις σε αλλά σπίτια,όπως για παράδειγμα μια λακ για τα μαλλιά,σερβιέτες,πιστολάκι-ακόμη και άλλο εξάρτημα στο πιστολάκι για σγουρά μαλλιά. Το μπαλκονακι εξαιρετικό,καθαρό και ήσυχο.Με πολύ ωραίο φωτισμό το βράδυ. Πολύ καθαρός χώρος με γεμάτη ντουλαπα όπως έξτρα σεντόνια,μαξιλάρια,πάπλωμα,πετσέτες και μια κουζίνα πλήρης εξοπλισμένη με είδη μαγειρικης και μια μεγάλη γκάμα από σκεύη για μαγείρεμα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και το έχω ήδη προτείνει και σε αλλά άτομα!

The place is amazing…. incredibly modern, with trendy decor that feels fresh and stylish. Every detail, from the furniture to the artwork, is thoughtfully chosen, creating a space that's both comfortable and visually appealing. The view is absolutely stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop. Cleanliness was top-notch, with the entire place spotless and well-maintained. It was evident that the host takes great pride in keeping the property in perfect condition. The location couldn't be better—everything you need is within easy reach. We were met by Nikos who graciously carried our bags up the 3 flights of stairs. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf der Insel. Die Wohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Vermieter ließen die Wohnung nach drei Tagen Aufenthalt sauber machen und brachten uns, da es etwas kälter wurde eine dicke Decke vorbei, sehr angenehm. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und kümmerte sich gut um uns. Einzige Abzüge wären die sehr niedrigen Decken, mein Partner hat sich ständig den Kopf gestoßen 😅. Auch die Außstattung der Küche lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig, wie Schneidbrett und ein scharfes Messer. Ansonsten alles in allem sehr angenehme Wohnung in etwas abgelegender und ruiger Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ☺️

Paese fantastico e autentico Casa accogliente, ci hanno anche fatto trovare tutto apparecchiato per la colazione con dolci tipici e uova da cucinare.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό και είχε απίστευτη θέα στη θάλασσα... Ο κύριος Νίκος ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και άμεσος στην επικοινωνία και σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε... Μας είχε και δώρο διαφορά σνακ και μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε άνετα... Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!

Nous avons loué le logement pour un week-end et c’était parfait. La communication était excellente et l’appartement très propre. Nous recommandons ce logement pour un week-end sans hésiter.

Great Stay in Skiathos! 🏝️ We had an incredible stay at Kiriaki's place in Skiathos! From the moment we walked in, we loved how charming and cozy the house was. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic—just a short stroll to the beaches, local restaurants and the Old Town, yet still quiet and peaceful. We had a fantastic stay and we'd like to thank Kiriaki for making it so special. We can’t wait to return!

Η διαμονή ήταν υπέροχη! Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός, άνετος και πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένος. Η Ελένη, ήταν φιλικότατη και εξυπηρετική . Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξω ξανά!

We had a simply fantastic time staying at Kostas and Sofia's Calypso Villa. The setting is jaw dropping... every morning I would walk out of the master bedroom and be confronted with the most stunning view, through the wide giant windows of the living room, of the sea and mountains of the mainland behind. The villa is simple but super comfortable. The main living room/kitchen combined with the deck feels huge and with the constant companion of that amazing view. The pool - very cold! - great between sunbathing stints. And our three children - one teen and two tweens - loved the table tennis. We had not been to Evia before and really loved the 'off the beaten track' feel of it, so close to Athens and yet feeling very traditional and rural. Dafni itself has one taverna, above the beach, and there's another in Neotrivia (4-5 minute drive) where we also bought bread each morning from the tiny back street bakery. Sofia and Kostas are super helpful and friendly and we'd love to go back.

το σπίτι ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό,με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζεται κάποιος για να μείνει μέρες και να νιώσει σαν το σπίτι του.Η επικοινωνία ήταν άψογη και ήταν ακριβώς ότι είδαμε στις φωτογραφίες!!!ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ για όλα και σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε!!!

Πολυ ωραιος χωρος. Πεντακάθαρος με παρα πολλες παροχές. Η οικοδέσποινα ποκυ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Κοντα στο κέντρο της Χαλκίδας αλομα και με τα πόδια. Πολυ ησυχη γειτονία. Θα το επιλεξω ξανα!!!

Logement joliment décoré, très fonctionnel, très calme avec une Jolie vue sur la mer et les montagnes du Péloponnèse. Je recommande très chaleureusement.

Locatia f curata, aproape de port , accesibila pe jos , liniste , aveai acces usor la restaurante , cafenele , shopping . gazda super amabila, mi a facut niste recomandari excelente , rezervare chiar pt un trip cu familia . Recomand 100%

We spent about 3 weeks in the beautiful apartment. We felt very comfortable, it was very clean and new. It was the perfect starting point for us to explore the area. Starting the day with a coffee on the sun terrace with a view of the mountains and the sea describes the feel-good atmosphere in the apartment well. Our host Christos gave us extensive tips for restaurants and excursions and the interaction was very polite, almost familial. Shopping facilities and everything you need for daily life could be reached on foot. In summary, it was simply a great place to spend your vacation.

Δεν έχω λόγια για την διαμονή μου στο κατάλυμα ! Η κ. Ευαγγελία ευγενέστατη και φιλοξενη ,με το χαμόγελο μας υποδέχτηκε. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική έχεις πρόσβαση σε όλα σε μόνο λίγα λεπτά. Το διαμέρισμα άνετο και καλόγουστο , με έκανε να αισθανθώ κατευθείαν σαν το σπίτι μου. Προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα !!! 5/5
