Nikki's place was great for our stay!! With 2 families traveling together with kids the floor plan and spacing made us all feel like we had a ton of room! The kids loved the Jacuzzi! Lol and there were so many thoughtful things from the host throughout the house like the cabinet of board games for a family game night! We would definitely stay here again!

We had the best time experiencing the natural and urban cultures in the bayou! Henry’s place is amazing, clean, comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorated and fun! Crabbing, fishing, hot tubbing, cooking and relaxing in…and venturing into NOLA was so easy with so much to explore …and a day beach trip to Bay St. Louis was a nice surprise with gorgeous and clean white sandy beaches for miles and a cute seaside town. What a gem of a spot! A perfect blend of relaxation and exploration! The perfect family adventure!

We had the most wonderful stay! Our group—a mom, and her daughters—came into town for a very special occasion: wedding dress shopping for the bride-to-be. The home was perfect for us—cozy, clean, and beautifully set up for relaxing girl time together. We especially loved the hot tub and pool. Shayla was a superb host! Very responsive. Any questions we had she answered right away. We had some travel issues getting there but she worked with us and got us taken care of and checked in quickly. When we first got there we had a few issues but Shayla jumped in quickly and resolved them all. The kids had a great time with all the games, they loved playing in the pool in the yard, and loved the projector for their movies. The light all around tue house was fun and cool as well. Will definitely visit again.

Cannot say enough good things about this stay. Stayed here with a group of girls reuniting from college and it was PERFECT! Best location too!

Amazing stay! Gary’s house exceeded expectations and my family loved it. Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. Gorgeous, unique, spacious house full of New Orleans character and the backyard is a true oasis. We spent most of the time in the pool and hot tub. It’s obvious what an incredible amount of love and time went into creating this property! The location off of Magazine St. couldn’t be better. Shopping/food/drinks all within minutes, grocery store at the end of the block, we didn’t even use the car. So close to action yet the house felt quiet and secluded. Perfect, couldn’t ask for more! 100/10, can’t wait to stay again!

This was an excellent experience. We didn't want to leave and do anything on our agenda, so many things to do at the location. The host was fantastic individual and we got to see him many times.

We used this place for my daughter and her friends to get ready for her wedding. There’s plenty of space!

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. This is a lovely old home, with a ton of history and great amenities. The interior is lovely, comfortable and well equipped. We felt wrapped in New Orleans history and hope the Historical Designation requested by the owners is granted, as it seems well-deserved. The location is great - walkable to French Quarter, Frenchman Street with all the jazz bars is very close and, well, Loretta's Authentic Pralines is almost right next door. The trolley line is very close for transportation to other fun locations. We were very, very happy with our stay - our 5-year-old granddaughter loved the pool and it was a quiet refreshing way to spend some time. We would love to stay here again.

This place is extraordinary, and Jeff was the consummate host. He was super-responsive, gave lots of helpful suggestions for things to do and went out of his way to make us feel fully at home with both total privacy and total availability. The home itself is wildly wonderful, exactly like the photos except more expansive inside and outside, with a lot of land. The landscape is gorgeous, and the bayou could not be prettier. I recommend this place for anyone!

We weren't able to actually stay at the house because of Amtrak (flooding in Tennessee apparently). But we did a lot of fantasizing about the house and how great it would have been if we HAD made it. And maybe it's the stories we tell ourselves that are the best ones after all.

Spencer was a great host. He was very responsive in a timely manner and accommodating for our request. The house was very clean and already cooled when we got there. I definitely recommend this house to anyone

The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed to make our holiday gathering feel extra special. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made preparing our Christmas dinner a breeze, and the spacious layout allowed everyone to relax and enjoy themselves comfortably. We especially appreciated the festive atmosphere and warmth of the home — it truly felt like our own little holiday retreat. Michael and Marcia were attentive and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Beautifully decorated large old home with lots of room close to a lot of things to do like restaurants and shops. Would stay there again loved it.

Cabin was perfect for a little get away!

We have stayed at several Airbnbs before, but never one like Timmy and Terese's. We immediately felt like family. Their generosity goes above and beyond. They were always willing to offer advised for things to do, places to go or where the best fishing may be. They had extensive knowlege of the area and always a good story to share. They truly wanted us to experience the Cajun culture and even shared some authentic Cajun meals with us. The pictures of the house and grounds don't do it justice. The house was clean and they made sure we had everything that we needed. The pool, the hot tub and the beatiful landscaping helped us relax and make the vacation more memorable. We went to their place with fishing and crabbing in mind. Timmy and Terese were always ready with recommendations on where to go. The choices are endless either in the bayou, the lakes or even in the back pond. We would definitely recommend this Cajun Paradise.

My girls loved this place! The house had plenty of amenities, and the owner was very responsive with the few questions we had. Easy check in and Easy to find because the instructions are very clear and precise. Not to far to hit up New Orleans and Baton Rouge located right between them, and then get home to a peaceful location! Would definitely stay there again
