We look forward to welcoming you to Ballincard House! Take a step back in time and enjoy the charm of your private apartment located on the second floor of our 19th Century Georgian home. If desired, we are delighted to guide you through the house and share with you almost 200 years of our home's rich history. Roam freely through our 120 acres of gardens, farmland and woodlands, or enjoy a guided tour of our grounds and learn of present day efforts to transform our land into a nature reserve.

The Coach House

A newly renovated coach house in the heart of Portumna Town, close to Lough Derg, the River Shannon and the Forest Park. The accommodation comprises of a kitchen/dining, bedroom/ lounge and bathroom with an outside patio area including BBQ. Access is pedestrian through the front archway leading from the street. With added comfort of underfloor heating, and triple glaze windows, meaning cosy all year round. There is space for fishing gear and a fridge for storage of fishing bate and gear.

All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Bellefield House and Gardens is a unique home, situated in the heart of Ireland. Lovingly and tastefully restored by its former owner the renowned architect and garden designer Angela Jupe. Both house and gardens have been carefully upgraded while retaining their period charm. The house is situated down a private drive and guests will have exclusive access to the 2 acre walled garden and be able to stroll the 20 acres of grounds that surround the house.

The self catering apartment is located over the garage and separate from the main house with its own private entrance and is accessed by stairs.
