Lookout Mountain Apartment

This garage apartment is located across the street from the Incline Station and 3 blocks from Point Park and access to mountain trails. Private setting in a wonderful neighborhood. We have parking in our driveway for one extra car. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, sink , microwave, coffee maker, electric skillet, toaster and slow cooker. Renter must be 21 or older. We don't accept children under the age of 12. Only two people may stay in the apartment. No pets. No smoking.

Arbnb Management only allows listings as "Whole House" or "Shared". This arbnb is a completely separate floor (with its own separate entrance) that is not by definition "shared". So as to alleviate any confusion: This arbnb is the lower level/floor of this house. The owner lives upstairs and will never come downstairs unless requested by the guest. Our cottage is located on the Georgia side of Lookout Mountain, just ten minutes from downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee. It is a one large bedroom/living room combination, 2 full bathrooms, and a full kitchen. There is a queen size bed and a queen pullout sofa bed. It is a quaint and private cottage located across the street from the iconic Lookout Mountain attraction, Rock City. The cottage is also conveniently located next door to a Starbucks coffee shop.

Cozy modern interior with a vintage flavor features open concept kitchen, dining and living areas, and sleeps six or seven. Master bedroom has queen bed and two vanity ensuite bath with large walk-in shower. Full size comfortable bed in 2nd (middle) private BR and twin beds with brand new matresses and box springs in private front bedroom. The second full bath with tub and shower is located off hallway. Laundry room has full size washer and dryer.
