Relax with the family in our beautiful, 400-year old farmhouse in the South Hams in Devon. Now with logburner! We are 5 mins from Totnes, but in the countryside with plenty of space for kids to play in and with some lovely walks on our doorstep. The beach is 15 mins away and there is easy access to the South Hams, Dartmoor, Torquay & Paignton on the English Riviera. The Air BnB is part of our own house, but with a separate front & back door and doors separating your part of the house from ours.

Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.
