We had a great time here! We're staying here on February, which is pretty cold time here, but the heating works well and it was cozy and warm. The house is super nice, and comfortable. They did a great job thinking of all the details and super nice design. We want to come back on the summer. thank you guys!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Carey’s Pelican Island property in Seaside Heights! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the sheer size and beauty of the home—spacious living areas, tasteful décor throughout. The location couldn’t be better: a quick stroll to the boardwalk, restaurants, and the beach, yet tucked away on a quiet, serene stretch of water. Our favorite feature by far was the private hot tub on the deck—perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing and local eats. Carey was an exceptional host: always friendly, super responsive, and full of great recommendations to make our trip even better. Check-in/check-out was effortless, and we felt completely at home from start to finish. We’ll absolutely be back the next time we’re in Seaside Heights. Can’t recommend this place highly enough—5 stars all around!

the house is beautiful, well-equipped and the perfect location. only two blocks from Martells and the board walk. Antonietta sent very detailed instructions for all and responded right away to any questions. I would love to cone stay here in the summer.

The house is delightful. It was clean, spacious, and it's in a beautiful location, close to the beach and the bay. We had a wonderful stay, and would definitely recommend it to others. Danny is a great host, and was extremely responsive. We would love to stay there again.

The house was a perfect choice for our gathering to celebrate the bride — very clean, cozy, spacious, and located in a quiet residential area. It was also just a short drive to great restaurants and a beautiful vineyard, which made our trip even more special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Amazing and GREAT location! 1 block from the boardwalk, beach, restaurants and bars. Nice balcony overlooking a somewhat busy street (Memorial Day weekend). A little noisy (upstairs residents and street) but not bad. The condo had great amenities (towels, sheets, full kitchen, central AC and heat). The unit had beach supplies and a BBQ grill, but we didn’t use those. The building also had a nice pool, but it was too cool to use.

The condo is very cozy, quiet and well stocked. The location is convenient. The hosts were super welcoming, friendly and easy to communicate with.

We had a great time staying here. The space was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The bedrooms were spacious and both bathrooms with tub and shower options were fantastic. The house was clean and had the basic necessities you needed. The location was so convenient. We were only a couple of blocks away from the boardwalk and beach. Around the corner is a convenience store and a few blocks down is a breakfast place. We didn’t get to use the pool during our short stay because we mostly hung out at the beach but it looked nice and clean! Also parking space for two cars was really helpful so we didn’t have to worry about street parking. Kishore is very nice. He reached out to us before checking in to let us know the weather condition and that we can check in early. He is very responsive whenever I had a question. We’d highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful and clean condo. It has a nice patio and the interior is lovely. Good communication with owner, and they were very flexible with some date requests we had. Highly recommend. (Just an FYI: bedding sheets need to be brought with you.)

The beach house is beautiful! I loved the quiet of the place and how close to the beach is and the swimming pool was a plus. The apartment is close to everything (pharmacy, supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and more). I’ll definitely come back.

Freda's apartment is on the main floor - no steps and it's the most quaint and quiet one. We enjoyed the space and even outdoor patio overlooking willow trees, watching squirrels and birds while having our coffee, breakfast, and dinner outdoors. The home is so clean and decluttered, well curated and thoughtful. Freda has helpful notes to make sure everything is easy to use. Showers are perfect with good pressure. There is a yoga mat that was useful. The community is quiet and there are plenty of walk paths so you can go out for a stroll or a run. North Brunswick is a great community with lots of restaurants, shopping areas. 15min drive to New Brunswick NJ Transit station. I highly recommend Freda's home! We will be back to rebook here whenever we are in NJ.

We had a great weekend. The space met our family’s needs and its close proximity to the beach was convenient. It was also helpful to be able to use the bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, and beach tags. The host kept in contact and answered any questions I had. What a fun getaway!

Im 4th generation Jersey Shore. My great grandparents built one of the first houses in the county. In short, my opinion should carry a great deal of weight. This AirBnB is perfectly located. It isn't just 2 blocks from the ocean: it is two blocks from the Northern starting point of the boardwalk: rides, arcades, restaurants. You can hear the ocean from the front door. It is 10 minutes from the first train station to Manhattan, 15 minutes from the parkway, 45 from Great Adventure, etc. It is in a very safe neighborhoods nestled in with year-round locals. Plus, you get beach badges and parking: invaluable amenities. You also get a booklet with helpful suggestions and instructions & Beach stuff chairs. The pool is pristine, the location perfect. Michael is an extraordinary host! I've stayed at several Airbnbs. He was friendly, personable, accessible, and just wonderfully kind. I will only stay with him when I come back to visit family. You can not do better.
