Sarah's place was exactly as expected--darling & unique, with helpful how-to notes throughout on a/c & heat, kitchen, etc, plus thoughtful extras left in the kitchen and bathroom. Also helpful info binder that helped us find a fun hike!! Felt comfortable, welcome & right at home. Loved the unique Silo concept and more country-like setting (loved seeing a handful of farm animals enroute or out our window during our stay). Sarah was quick to welcome us, give info & answer Qs whenever needed.

I had a crew of guys stay while they were working on a project and they really liked the place!

Irene was a great host and the house fit our needs while we looked for permanent housing.

I wanted to get out of the city for my birthday and this was the PERFECT spot!! Beautiful home with a stunning view. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

We loved staying at Nicole’s place. Our family enjoyed boating at Flaming Gorge during the day and hiking nearby in the evenings. We also loved the geology sites, it was interesting. The house was peaceful and out of the way. We brought our 2 dogs with us and they had so much fun playing with the neighborhood very friendly dogs. There were goats that came to visit us and even a baby that wanted to be pet. Such a fun farm setting. The location was close to the Sheep Creek boat ramp, which was so convenient. We had 4 people and the house was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need to cook in. It was nice to have an outdoor grill, we used it for burgers which were great. Manila is a tiny town, we only found one restaurant, but it was delicious. We had a fun family vacation and would recommend Nicole’s place.

Great house, great location and a great host! House was close to everything, but very private. Heating and cooling worked great. Water temperature and pressure were excellent. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Melinda!

We loved the house. The kitchen was huge and very well stocked with anything we could possibly need. We loved the view from the house. The giant deck was really fun and there was plenty of space to spread out for all 28 of us. They have thought of everything and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The play house and sandbox were a huge hit for the kids. Also, Axel stole everyone’s hearts and ended up in the big family photo we took in front of the house. :)

Jared was great to work with and very flexible for us. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
