Ready now for new arrivals after the departure of long term guest. As with all of our studios it features it's own bathroom and kitchen, nothing is shared. Fully equipped kitchen, large flat screen smart TV, power shower and our on site laundry are other features of note.

Stunning studio located on the First Floor of this impressive Victorian House on a tree lined street adjacent to Kensington Palace. The studio has been recently refurbished with a brand new bathroom and redecorated. There is a double bed in the studio room and a sofa bed. My place is close to both Oval & Brixton tube stations (15 minute walk to the KIA Oval cricket ground) and just 12 minutes on tube to the very heart of the capital( Westminster, The South Bank, Covent Garden, St Paul’s, Tower Bridge) Parking is available outside the building, free from Friday 6pm until Monday 8am There is a lift inside (I live on the first floor)
