The set up of the place and location is convenient for my trip purpose. The host is very responsive to my request during my stay. Highly reccomeded!

This place was a great place for an extended stay. Plenty of space including a desk to work. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe.

What a beautiful place - and has everything you need.

I stood on this Studio for 7 days and I loved it very much! Instructions to self check in were very clear and easy. My immediate reaction when I entered the studio was “Wow, this smells delightful”. Everything was clean and spotless. Located in a very quiet area and with easy parking spots in case you have a car. Host Jose is very helpful and flexible with everything. I would definitely stay here again. If you are considering booking it, just do it, it’s totally worth it!

If you're looking for a nice, clean, and comfortable apartment in an old building, this is the place. The apartment is bright with lots of natural light and has some nice modern features (a full, new kitchen, renovated bathroom) and also has some things that you will typically find in an older building (single pane windows, nice built-in cabinetry, etc.). Midtown is a lively area with plenty to do and is great for walking.

My experience at Francis‘s one bedroom apartment was Pleasant. She was friendly and communicative and very helpful with the check-in process from beginning all the way to the end the apartment was clean. It had all the amenities listed. The bed was comfortable. The linens were clean. The shower also had complementary body wash and shampoo with fresh clean white towels. There is complementary water and Powerade in the refrigerator and in the freezer, there’s even a small ice cube rack, which I thought was cute and clever. If I’m ever in the area, I would definitely like to stay at Francis‘s again.🫶🏽

We had booked another AirBnB location that had at the last minute been cancelled. Fortunately, Austin's apartment actually turned out being closer to our family's Christmas festivities. He also was flexible & worked with me with a special accommodation that I had. I was able to make the trip from another state without having to be stressed out. He also replaced a coffee maker within 10 minutes of our request to him. The apartment was perfect for us! Size, cleanliness & a feeling of complete safety in the neighborhood made the trip work out beautifully for us.

I had a great stay at James’s place it was very peaceful and quiet. James was also very responsive and gave clear instructions. I love the setup I would definitely book again! Highly recommend to other guest!

Nicole’s place was stylish, fun, and impeccably clean, and she was super patient and helpful as a host. We’ll hope to be back in the summer to try out the pool!

We had a wonderful stay. The surroundings are beautiful; Hillary is an excellent host; the property is super clean; and its location is perfect. Great restaurants, wineries, outdoor activities, Gold Rush history and unique shops are all close by.

Cool little space in a quiet, quaint, and extremely walkable town. Host was very communicative and eager to ensure that we had everything we needed, which we did. We would stay here again for sure.

I am from the area, but had to leave my home on short notice due to an emergency. I booked my stay within a day of my arrival and Andrea was responsive and understanding. Additionally, I have physical disabilities and Andrea and Todd both made sure the location was as accessible as they could make it even on such short notice (e.g., moved some tables and chairs out of the path ahead of time so I'd be able to get to the entrance with my walker more easily). Throughout my stay, Andrea and Todd were both very accommodating and more than willing to offer help with anything I needed. Additionally, communication is prompt and concise, and they are readily available when needed. Also, they have a tangerine tree, so if you are here in tangerine season, you may find yourself receiving many tangerines! They truly go above and beyond for their guests and I highly recommend their home to anyone looking to visit the Sacramento area.

I had a truly enjoyable stay! Vladi and Anita are the perfect example of what it means to be Superhosts. The unit is tucked away behind the main residence in a quiet area, and the private parking was a huge plus given the street can be a bit congested. The location is wonderful and just a short distance from a beautiful, forested park with walking and biking trails, perfect for a peaceful outdoor escape. Vladi and Anita thought of everything. From the detailed instructions provided to the thoughtful amenities, every detail was handled with such care and consideration that I never needed to reach out during my stay. They even checked in to make sure my arrival went smoothly, which I appreciated. I would definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend it to others!

Beautiful stay and location. Walked to local parks and was an easy stroll to the Golden1 Center for a Kings game.

I loved the place, and by far, it has the best gym amenities I've experienced at a Bnb, which is essential for me; the host was fantastic

Denise was a great host. She met with me at check-in and walked me through her home which was great. The room was comfortable and private. Sometimes parking is hard to find but the complex is well lit so I always felt safe, however, I did need a flashlight to unlock the doors to the unit and my room at night. Overall my week there was great and I highly recommend Denise as a host.

Michael is a very responsive and helpful host. His place was lovely! It was really well equipped and felt like a home. Great location in a pretty and quiet community, with easy access to freeways and shopping. Highly recommend.

Austin was really easy to talk to and I think for AirBnb rentals that’s what I look for the most. Everything else was smooth sailing because he’s so easily reachable.

This home exceeded my expectations! Easy access from all local freeways, 15 drive from the airport and the extra facilities (pool, spa, bbq areas and gym) were all excellent. Bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied with everything you need! Host was super quick to respond with questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay at Eric’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Eric was incredibly responsive and made everything super easy. He was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, which made my trip so much smoother. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

We had a great stay. It was very spacious and everything needed was provided to make it comfortable. The location is wonderful with options to walk down the road into town, a quick drive to Sutter Creek, as well as great wine tasting in Amador County. The host was nice and provided all the information needed for check in and out before arrival.
