"The Cart Lodge" is a one bedroom detached, property with a guest Hot Tub situated close to the city of Norwich and about 30 minutes drive from the Suffolk Coastal towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh and close to the Norfolk Broads. The Cart Lodge is the perfect place to spend a few days and unwind whilst exploring the the local area. The town of Loddon lies just one mile away and has a variety of Shops, Cafes and Public Houses as well as a number of Takeaways. Fibre Broadband at the property.

The Annexe Loddon, Norfolk Broads National Park

A self contained Annexe in the vibrant market town of Loddon, part of the Norfolk Broads National Park. Adjacent to our home but with it's own entrance, it's a 10 minute walk into Loddon with its pubs and shops. This one bedroom annexe has an open plan living area and a small patio. There is easy access to Norwich, Beccles and the South Norfolk coastline, by car or bus. The annexe has a dedicated parking space, and the nearest bus stop is less than 100m from Kings Wood cul-de-sac.

Stubbs Barn Cottage - peaceful rural retreat

This comfortable cottage offers rural peace and tranquility. The cottage has two bedrooms, a sunny and spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. Set in seven acres of paddocks and gardens, relax and enjoy the surroundings and local wildlife. With easy access to the Broads, the Suffolk Coast and Norwich, within walking distance of the village of Loddon. The village has pubs, restaurants and shops as well as all the necessary facilities such as post office and doctors.

The Tiny House

Rustic Shepherd's hut set in its own 5 acre field. Very child and dog friendly, all welcome! The Tiny House is well insulated and with its wood burning stove is lovely and toasty during winter months. Unlimited wood available. The bathroom is located directly behind the hut, where there is a shower and a composting toilet. This is attended to daily. Rural and peaceful location but also situated close to many amenities, including delightful pubs and restaurants.

Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

It is perfectly situated for walkers just 2 miles from the bustling town of Loddon where, after a beautiful walk through the countryside, fields and country lanes why not stop for a break at one of Loddons four pubs. Also just 1.5 mile walk from the beautiful Sisland woods and many other footpaths. Just 12 miles from our fine City of Norwich which can be reached by a regular bus route from Loddon.

Staithe Farm Cottage is a delightful property adjacent to the owners Grade 2 listed farmhouse set in a conservation area in the pretty village of Langley on the fringe of the Broads National Park. This is an ideal quiet getaway from it all location offering peace and tranquility with walks from the door on Wherryman's Way and cycling on the National Route 1, fishing on the river Yare and easy accessibility to Norwich, the coast and beyond.
