A little slice of heaven! If you are looking for a nice, quiet, country getaway, this is the place for you! Our home is on 25 acres with a private pool overlooking a beautiful view, 10 miles south of Batesville. 5 miles south of Southside which has Harps grocery, Dollar General, Sonic, coffee and donut shops, gas station, & steak/Mexican/BBQ restaurants. We have a game room with a pool table and tv for entertainment. The pool is not heated and will be closed/locked Oct 1st through mid-May.

The Retreat on the River @ Ramsey Landing w/ dock

The ROTR is a 4,700 square foot tri-level cabin on 2.72 acres located directly on the Little Red River in Pangburn, Arkansas. The cabin has a rustic design and is the perfect space for your family reunion or event. There is a multipurpose barn available on site for an additional charge for larger events. You can comfortably sleep 17, while enjoying the dock on the river, or just sitting on the deck watching the river flow. This is the most unique property on the Little Red!

The Shop is just as unique as it is cozy with all the comforts of your home needs and a sitting area in the garage that is perfect for game nights. Unique Terrace Studio Apartment on Batesville's Historic Main Street. The building has been in my family since it was built in the 40s and I love being able to share the apartment with my guests. It has been gutted to the studs and has new furniture and appliances. Urban/industrial feel. Can access from Main Street (must walk down flight of stairs) or can park in back on ground level (one step).

Our cottage style home sits on a private 10 acre mountain top next to the foushee wildlife management and has a wonderful mountain view of Locust Grove, Batesville, Southside, and Newark. We are located 11.7 miles from Batesville and the beautiful White river! Just minutes from the Batesville Motor Speedway and just a short Drive to Heber springs and Mountain View.

Tucked away in a quiet wooded area this is a great place to unwind and recharge. Enjoy your cup of coffee while sitting on the front porch being surrounded by nature. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for cooking. We have high speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV. There are trails in our woods that you are welcome to explore.
