Wir hatten als Familie (eine Tochter, 4 Jahre) einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Pinemarten Chalet. Die Unterkunft ließ von Ausstattung und Lage nichts zu wünschen übrig und war idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen in den südlichen Highlands. Mit dem Mietwagen sind viele verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (kleinere Shops aller Art beim Green Welly Stop in Tyndrum, größerer Supermarkt in Killin), Startpunkte für Wanderungen und andere Ausflugsziele gut erreichbar. Der kleine Laden im Portnellan Holiday-Park (mit mehreren Häusern in verschiedenen Größen) bietet zudem auf kurzem Fußweg das Nötigste auch auf kurzem Fußweg und Ausleih-Möglichkeiten für Bücher, Spiele und Filme. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, der Blick auf den Ben More von der Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit und bei (fast) jedem Wetter einfach traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit Lucy und Cameron klappte hervorragend, sogar Eier von Enten und Hühnern konnten direkt bestellt werden ;). We'll be back!

Host was very friendly with very good communication throughout. On arrival the host made it very easy to get into the lodge and came in and explained all amenities on site and was very polite. Overall, throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and return.

Excellent bungalow very close to the amenities in Lamlash. Very clean and the garden is great for dogs, large and enclosed. Rear patio faces South so great for sitting out in the evening if the weather allows. We did not use the Hot Tub but it looked like quite a beast!

Cardwell Bay Gourock

Had fantastic time in Lisa's flat even with Storm Eowyn keeping us indoors on the Friday. This is the second time I have booked it the first being for my son, daughter & son-in-law for my father's funeral. This time it was for my sister and myself. Can't complement it enough and its a lovely place to stay between Greenock and Gourock. We will use it the next time we visit Scotland.

A fabulous property, beautiful decorated, you feel right at home. The location is ideal, not far from the ferry terminal and a great base for exploring the island. Jane has lovely touches throughout the property. We would definitely stay again when visiting Arran.

Very nice cottage with a stunning view on the lake. Lovely, big Garden with rabbits. The cottage was very clean, super well equipped and decorated. It had various sorts of tea, coffee, hot chocolate powder, oil, vinegar and spices, and Undine had even left a big box of shortbreads for us. The communication with her was very easy and all Information about our stay easily accessible. We will recommend it to our friends !

The 1 Island Cabins was in a great location with parking on site. It was a cosy comfortable place to say for 4 nights. The Isle of Mull is a wonderful spot to explore. I can recommend Vanessa's place I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The house and gardens are beautiful, surrounded by wildlife and birds song. Incredibly well appointed complete with fresh flowers from the garden. We felt at home immediately. We can’t wait to come back.

A lovely converted farm building nestled in a picturesque location with far-reaching views of the loch and mountains beyond. Striking distance (relatively speaking!) to Oban heading south and heading north - Fort William. Top-notch food available nearby at the Airds Hotel, Port Appin and the Old Inn. Ralph couldn't be more responsive to messages and the on-site estate worker (and family!) couldn't be more friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay! Kinlochleven is a charming village. The mountian views from the garden were amazing. The house itself was very well equipped with everything that you could need. The only disappointment was the hot tub was no longer in use which had not been communicated to us and left me with some very disappointed boys. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay at the house. Everything was nice and clean and it has a front garden that gets the sun all evening which was nice to sit out in. Short walking distance to the centre of Oban too. Highly recommend!

A great place for a peaceful getaway. The cabin itself is lovely and can fit a surprisingly large amount of people. All the facilities you could need with the. Backdrop of Loch Awe and Ben Cruachan in the background. I would definitely return.
