We have stayed in many Airbnb rentals and I can tell you we have had really great experiences. However, this one truly is one that will surpass all expectations once you arrive! The photos on the listing are beautiful but we were stunned by how breathtakingly gorgeous the home was! In its entirety, truly beautiful! So much more so than you can tell from the photos! Wonderful hosts, transparent and available for any need. If it tells you anything, we’re already looking at dates to return soon. Thank you again for sharing your home with our family. Forever memories! Hopefully next time, without the weather!

I brought a group of students on a field trip and we stayed here, they all loved it. We had a great time, the house was amaing.

The house was wonderful. My family and I felt comfortable there. The kids had plenty of room to run around. Dylan was a great host.

This place was such a wonderful, peaceful place with a relaxing view of the water from the porch or the option of sitting on the deck at the water or waterside on the patio was so nice. The house was very clean and comfortable. Easy to access and the hosts were very responsive. It was only 10-20 mins away from just about anything you’d like to do around Hot Springs. Our stay was great, the home was very nice right on the water, golf course was close, downtown was 20 minutes away lots to do bowling which is half price on wednesday, oaklawn horse racing was on the weekend, we meet up once a year to go fishing, this was our best yearly trip yet. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

This place was beautiful! Would definitely stay there again. The size was perfect for our group, the house was very clean, the hot tub was amazing! The house was very roomy and comfortable!! Lots of outdoor space as well as TVs in every bedroom plus’s both living areas and on the deck. Everyone in our group was satisfied and we left feeling pleased we chose this particular house to make memories in!!! Thank you Eric for sharing your house with my family!!! BTW we had total of 10 adults and 2 children and had more than enough room. The beds were comfortable.

Great place to stay! We had so much fun fishing off the dock! The house was beautiful and clean. Close distance to downtown Hot Springs! We also loved that we could rent the box seat at Oaklawn for the races. Thanks again! We will be back!

Condo building is located in a quiet safe neighborhood with stunning views of Lake Hamilton. The unit is located on the first floor with no stairs which made carrying luggage in/out a breeze. We would stay here again!

This was a beautiful condo at a beautiful location! we have 0 complaints, the only tiny issue we had was the code for the TV never worked but we just used our computer instead. We would stay here again

This is a great space. There are so many sitting areas to enjoy the relaxation and seclusion. I will recommend this spot to everyone in my home town of Monroe/West Monroe Louisiana that is looking for a couples retreat. Great to be right on the lake have a relaxing time. Everything was clean and organized when we got there. Had a laundry that you could use so you didn’t have to bring dirty clothes home. We even meet Billy he had great recommendations for eateries and places to see. While we stayed. Would recommend this place for a great getaway.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our trip to Hot Springs. We love horse racing and also enjoy peace and quiet. This was the perfect combination for our trip to the Arkansas Derby. The location was ideal as it was close to the track. After a full day at the race we enjoyed the beautiful deck on the lake for a quiet evening. I would highly recommend this cottage.
