We had a lovely time at Shreya’s place! The home was clean and cozy and so convenient to the beach! The house had everything we could need and more! It is so thoughtfully set up. The beds were comfy and the pool was amazing! I was so impressed and thankful for the beach wagon and all the chairs and beach/pool things they already had at the house! We loved it! The host was very responsive and friendly and very as a pleasure to communicate with. We will definitely be looking forward to staying here again! Thank you for hosting us!

Ann was a great host, the house was very nice. The only minor inconvenience was the parking, there is only room for two vehicles and it was very tight with an SUV and a pickup truck. Overall, great stay.

We had a great stay at Shawn's property. Shawn was very responsive with any questions I had and made us feel very welcome. Everything was clean and as advertised. The backyard is awesome! Plenty of room for 8 guest. I would highly recommend this property to a golf trip group. It's centrally located around many great golf courses. Overall, 10 out 10 would stay here again.

We had a great time. The house is close to all that Pawleys Island has to offer, and far enough away to enjoy peaceful relaxation. We loved the pool and hot tub.

I can't say enough about our stay at David's house. The property was exactly as advertised, and we had a great time. It was made even better by David's fast responses to my questions and flexibility to make our stay even better. I would highly recommend David's property for anyone looking for a great time.

I brought my boyfriend and our friends to Tracie's for the week and we all had an absolute ball. The property is exactly as described in the listing and is incredibly clean. My favorite thing about the house is all the natural light in every room from the high windows and skylights. We all also really enjoyed the kitchen as we didn't eat out at all during our stay. We came to relax and were easily able to do so at Tracie's since we had everything we could ever need, including Tupperware we even brought to the beach to eat there. Lastly, I'll note that we all enjoyed the decor in the house as well as the neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised at the privacy we had despite being in a small suburb as well as having friendly neighbors who spoke when they saw us grilling on the front porch. Everything about Tracie's listing is phenomenal and we absolutely plan to be back in the future!

The house is in a great location by the water on one side with the dock and a block away from the beach (3-5 minute walk). You could see the sunrise and sunset if you wanted which was beautiful. The house is just as advertised and the downstairs screened in area is huge and great for a cookout. The inside of the house was very clean and beachy. We cooked quite a bit and the house had everything we needed in terms of plates, pots, utensils etc and we could squeeze all ten of us around the table. The house is very close to Publix and fresh market for supplies. Jane was super friendly and responded right away if I had any questions. I would recommend this house 100%.

What a beautiful space!! We were very comfortable with 4 adults and a dog; could easily sleep 2 more. Baths & kitchen were spotless, linens fresh & clean. We lived using both the front & back porches and the grill. We loved the area, too. We could walk to places and not as busy as Myrtle Beach, so much nicer. We really enjoyed our stay!! Thank you to David who responded to every message promptly!

This was an excellent trip! From booking to checkout, David was very helpful and responsive. The golf cart was a wonderful add-on. The pictures were accurate but the place was a lot more cozier than we expected, which we loved!! Would definitely go back!!

This lovely apartment with a view of the marsh and the ocean in the distance was perfect for an early spring visit to the area. Huntington Beach and Brookgreen Gardens. Both were just minutes away from this location. Enjoyed breakfast on the deck overlooking the marsh. Beautifully decorated and clean. Host was excellent with communication.

This is a great place to stay. beautiful views, very quiet. No DJ at the pool until 11 am and drunks yelling on the patios like you see at hotels at the beach. very peaceful and a lot of really nice people. one thing that stands out about the condo that I loved is it is on the first floor. this means you're high enough to see the waves and oceans but low enough that people on the beach can't see you on the balcony. Great place, great host, and only minutes from Barefoot Landing with a lot of things to do.

Lindsay was an exceptional host. Very helpful and attentive to us. Also she was very flexible with our checking. Very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again when I come to north Myrtle beach and will definitely recommend to friends and family

To say my family and I really enjoyed our stay would be an understatement. Gino was very easy to communicate with if we had any questions leading up to our stay before, during, and after. The kitchen had everything we needed, plates, cooking pots and pans, utensils, etc. My kids still can't stop talking about the bunk beds! The fellow vacationers staying in the building that we met at the pool or on the beach were so friendly. We really felt right at home and didn't want to leave! The location is very convenient. Being off the main road with the beach right outside your window is definitely a plus but having the main road so close was very helpful and convenient with kids, groceries, and just having to get last minute items throughout our stay. We hope to stay at Gino's place next year BUT for a longer stay if it is available!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Gino for having us! :)

Upon arrival we were so impressed that the home was just as pictured on their site. Everything updated and decorated professionally. If we had any concerns they were immediately attended to without hesitation. The location is beautiful, private neighborhood and the beaches absolutely pristine. We loved the pool, hot tub, golf and pickle-ball availability (though we did not play pickle-ball) - we did putt, and soak in the hot tub! Beds were comfortable, linens soft and plush. Thank you for a great stay, We will rent here again.

If you are looking to relax in a quiet and peaceful place, this is it! The view of the intercostal was enjoyable! You are situated close to everything in Myrtle Beach you could ever want! Michelle was over accommodating for us and we needed nothing more! We had a great time and we will be back! Thank you Michelle!

Location was very accessible to the beach with the golf cart. THe house was really nicely updated. THe neighborhood was ok. The house behind it was kind of an eyesore when sitting on the beautiful deck. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend it.

The place was so comfy, pristine and pretty with lots of free amenities. My family enjoyed our stay! Hope our vacation was longer.

Beautiful location and packed with amenities. Walkable to the beach and just a quick car ride to dozens of restaurants and shops. Super clean space. Would definitely return.

Amazing views and perfect location for convenience to beach walkway and oceanfront amenities. Perfect amount of space for our family vacation. Fully stocked with all kitchen and bath essentials - even the beach towels were provided! Friendly rental staff were helpful and responsive for questions and needs during our stay. Bikes and beach chairs available for use were an added bonus! Perfect place for a quiet family trip to the beach. Just a short drive to close by restaurants and Pawley’s Island or Murrell’s Inlet for dinner and shopping.

Stay was very enjoyable with easy options to walk and drive for food and beach access!
