This extra large Sea Gypsy Condo is a ground-level, 2-bed, oceanfront suite with master bedroom and two full baths. At 825 square feet, Betta's Cove is the largest unit on the ground floor and offers lots of space for you and your family to enjoy the ocean view. You're just ten steps away from the sand or the indoor saltwater pool and sauna. The ocean and the D River are right outside, and it’s a short walk up the beach to the tide pools. Premium Second Floor Beachfront Suite - Sleeps 4 -

'Buoy Wonder' is what we call this premium suite oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a California king size bed and a sleeper sofa, has two full bathrooms and a full modern kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! The beach access is literally right out the oceanside window. If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!

Beaver Creek Cabin

Beaver Creek Cabin is a modern cabin designed to bring the outdoors inside. It's 15 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from Pacific City, Cape Lookout, and Tillamook, yet only 5 minutes from beer and cookies and pesto. Set on a 7 acre lot, it's remote enough to feel private, yet public enough to feel safe. Perfect for couples or families, amenities include modern convenience (dishwasher, wifi, roku) as well as the classics: sticks and stars and trails and trees.

Mid Mod Beach Retreat is a perfect place to stay while you visit Lincoln City. Guest love our decor, location, and proximity to the beach; Gorgeous sunsets, free WiFi, and gas BBQ. 'Diamond in the Reef' is a sophisticated condo that is perfect for an exclusive coastal getaway. The alluring kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. This condo has two full bathrooms and sleeps up to four by way of a king bed with additional sleeping in the living area by way of a queen-size sleeper sofa. Heads up! Construction begins August 2025 at Surftides Plaza. Expect daytime noise and on-site disruptions.

Irwin's Beach House

One block from the beach with all the amenities of home. Comfortable setting with televisions both upstairs and downstairs. Great island in kitchen for cooking or game night. Relax in the sun on our side deck or patio below and enjoy a tranquil sunset on our front deck. Family environment. No smoking inside. No parties or events. Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Parking is limited to two cars.
