Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

Beautiful view from the villa which is very peaceful and private. The pool is large and there is plenty of space for sitting and eating outside. It was a great base to travel along the coast and see Monaco, Cannes, Eze, and Nice plus so many other pretty towns. The hosts Guy and Michel were great. They met us and showed us around the villa and then kept in touch to make sure we had settled in. I would highly recommend this villa for a large group/family holiday.

Great location to benefit from the stunning views. Moving around Monaco takes a bit of getting used to but we quickly got the hang of using the ascenseurs (public lifts) which were all beautifully clean and safe. Easy reach to the train station & bus stops but I recommend using Uber for arrival & departure with suitcases etc.

Charmerende hus med fantastisk beliggenhed i rolige og naturskønne omgivelser. Julie og Adrien var utrolig hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Stor tak til jer, vi kommer gerne igen og anbefaler meget gerne huset til andre også

Séjour absolument parfait ! La maison est impeccable, très bien équipée et bien située. Leonardo est très réactif et attentionné et nous avons passé un séjour entre amis mémorables. La maison est spacieuse, très bien entretenue, bien équipée et très charmante. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et la terrasse et le jardin sont très intimes et sympathiques. Nous avons adoré et nous recommandons fortement, tout était parfait !

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Der Pool ist schön sauber und tief. Die Zimmer gross und mit gemütlichen Betten. Allgemein ist das ganze Haus sehr schön und Ruihg. Zudem gibt es einen Parkplatz im Inneren. Zum Entspannen perfekt. Man braucht aber jeweils ein Auto wenn man weiter möchte, das sollte aber für die meisten kein Problem sein. Danke an Elisabetta für die super Hilfe vor Ort!

Great place to stay. The road up the hill is a bit narrow if you have a large car but not a big deal. If you are coming with larger group of people and staying for longer time this will be perfect. View is great and outdoor space is awesome.

Tolle Woche, mit Freunden und Kindern. Trotz des Herbstwetters, noch immer Spass im Pool. Toller Aussenbereich, ob zum Essen oder Beisammensein, für alles geeignet. Eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, für Selbstversorger, der Hit Den Pizzaofen, haben wir nur wegen des Wetters nicht ausprobiert, wäre bestimmt ein Highlight. Gross, sauber, genug Holz und Steinplatte, zum Pizza machen Angst hatte ich vor den Klappbetten. Diese sind qualitativ so hochwertig, besser als manches Bett. Der Vorteil vom Herbst, man kann auch nur… mit Handtuch an den Strand, da wenige Touristen da sind. Tatsächlich sehr hilfreich war Stefano, der für jede Frage prompt zur Verfügung stand, immer konkret und sehr hilfsbereit. Ausserdem war die tägliche Poolreinugungsrunde immer eine Chance, noch Fragen zu bestellen. Wir fühlten uns unterstützt, nicht kontrolliert😁 Vielen Dank

The villa is beautifully designed, elegant, and well-equipped to meet every guest's needs. It features spacious living areas and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for families or couples. Everything in the villa is new, immaculate, and thoughtfully arranged. The outdoor spaces are exceptional, featuring a ground-level dining area and a rooftop patio with lounge chairs and breathtaking views. The location is convenient and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and pharmacies. It is a five-minute drive to the stunning beach and promenade of Lido di Camaiore. We went on day trips for sightseeing to Pietrasanta, Pisa, Lucca, Livorno, Carrara, and San Gimignano, where we enjoyed wine tasting and a cooking class in the beautiful Tuscan hills. Massimo is a five-star PLUS superhost. He was passionate about providing recommendations for dining and day trips, which made our visit truly exceptional. I highly recommend staying here, and I can't wait to stay again on my next trip to Tuscany.

Without any doubt the most special Airbnb I have ever stayed at. My multigenerational family came here after a rough year and it was a tonic. It is not often in one’s life you have the opportunity to sit and look out at views like that hour after hour - the towns across the bay, the boats coming and going (including a submarine), the lights coming on in the evening… It is so much better than any words or photos could express. The swims were also outstanding. Brian was delightful and so helpful with recommendations. We will be back

Magnifique maison, très moderne et sécurisée. suite parentale au rdc et 2 chambres à l'étage. rien ne manquait. Hôte très sympathique et disponible quand nous avions eu besoin de lui, nous à recommandé beaucoup d'endroit où aller ou événement dans le coin. A 25 min de Nice, au calme. je recommande+++

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description. Denis a été très réactif pour la communication et très arrangeant pour l’arrivée dans les lieux. Je recommande !

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. Wunderschöne Unterkunft direkt an der traumhaften Küste von Alassio. Der Blick über das Meer ist wirklich spektakulär und atemberaubend. Das Haus toll eingerichtet und außergewöhnlich schön! Andrea ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber, der uns viele Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben hat. Er hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sehr freundlich in die Unterkunft eingewiesen. Ein vorbildlicher Gastgeber! Unser Aufenthalt gehört zu den schönsten Buchungen, die wir bisher auf Airbnb gemacht haben. Absolut empfehlenswert und vorbildlich. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

We had a great stay at Laurent & Ana's place, was lovely and cosy and had anything we could of possibility needed. Would definitely recommend.

Tout était parfait. Les voisins ont été charmants et serviables tout au long du séjour. Ils sont là si vous avez besoin d’aide et sont très discrets ce qui permet aux vacanciers de se sentir vraiment chez eux. La piscine est vraiment géniale grande propre et nettoyer chaque jour. Vraiment nous recommandons cette belle propriété pour des vacances en famille. Merci à Anto et ses voisins 😊

The photos of the view from Damien’s home do not do it justice!! We came here for our annual girls trip and the Airbnb was perfect! Damien is super communicative and was very flexible when we wanted to add on an additional night! If you’re looking for the perfect place in the French Riviera this is it!
