You can’t get more “central” than this top floor two-level apartment. You also can’t get a much more gracious host than Eleonora. She truly puts her heart and soul into this rental with nautical theme (the master bedroom feels like you’re staying in a large cabin on a cruise…it’s great) and many local decorations. She’s also a very conscientious host checking-up on us several times during our 6 night stay and meeting us at the train station upon our arrival. The kitchen of the apartment has everything you need to prepare meals just as you would at home (brand new Nespresso machine too) except for a microwave. The living room and “extra bedroom” offer plenty of space for a child or to spread out and do some yoga or whatever. The lovely deck that opens from the master bedroom gets a lot of sun but there’s a very easy to use awning that can be extended to offer relief. Despite being right on the main street in town, the noise levels are manageable.

Trevligt bemötande, lite svårt att hitta. Var observant på röda och svarta gatunummer. Bra rekommendationer till restauranger. Cool bar bakom huset. Bästa tipset: östaia a Ribotta - boka! Lägenheten helt magnifik!! Genua en väldigt fin upplevelse, coolt och rustikt. Vackert och fina palats - över förväntan. För de som vill lite bort från traditionella turistgator.

soggiorno coppia con neonato, trovare un ambiente pulitissimo oltre che per noi per il bambino è stato davvero gradito e mi ha permesso di essere in vacanza. piccole cortesie come il lettino perfettamente realizzato, i limoni di produzione propria, asciugamani in più per il piccolo, oltre la cortesia e la disponibilità della proprietà è un punto in più. averli sullo stesso pianerottolo e sapere di poterci fare affidamento ulteriore punto in più. ospitalità perfetta. spazi e mobilio confortevole, suppellettili in quantità tutto pulito e in ottime condizioni.

Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans cet appartement, nous avions l’impression d’être dans une maison entière, nous avions accès à la piscine à 100%. Il est extrêmement propre, tout est rénové. Raffaela a le sens du détail, il y’a des produits de beauté, de quoi faire du café et la cuisine, il y’a un lave vaisselle, un lave linge, la télévision est connectée. L’extérieur est magnifique et le jardin est très bien entretenu, il y a des transats avec serviettes, la piscine est chaude et magnifique avec la vue sur la mer. Il y’a une petite table pour déjeuner ou dîner à côté de la piscine. Il y’a des éclairages extérieurs pour se baigner la nuit et boire un verre. Nous avons pu également garer la voiture à l’entrée de la maison. Petit détail, si on ouvre la fenêtre de la cuisine on voit directement la mer au loin, magnifique quand on prend le petit déjeuner!

La casa è molto carina e con un comodo parcheggio per la macchina. È pulita e ben tenuta, munita di tutto il necessario e anche di più. L'host, Maria Grazia, è molto gentile e disponibile. Una vera oasi di pace, con una vista bellissima sul verde e in questa stagione si sente il cinguettio degli uccellini. Molto consigliato!

Ambrogio è un host molto preciso e impeccabile, l'alloggio anche se non grande garantiva ogni confort da segnalare un terrazzo stupendo , alloggio molto pulito ed in ordine,segnalo la massima disponibilità di Ambrogio ,ci torneremo volentieri alla prossima occasione . grazie Ambrogio.

Wer einen ruhigen Platz zum Urlaub machen sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das gut ausgestattete AirBnB ist sehr sauber und modern. Mattia ist immer erreichbar und hat gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants.

Die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber war stets zuvorkommend, sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Haus befindet sich mitten in den Weinbergen und die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Die praktische Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit lässt einem sofort wohl und heimisch fühlen. Die vielen Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge sind sehr wertvoll und können bedenkenlos befolgt werden. Wir kommen wieder!

Cascina Distrutta è una sistemazione davvero incantevole, ben arredata e completa di tutto. Letti comodi, stanze spaziose, bagni grandi con sanitari recenti, caminetti che creano un'atmosfera calda e accogliente al punto da dimenticarsi la TV. Marta ha sempre risposto celermente e si è sempre dimostrata disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Per completezza d'informazione lascio qualche info supplementare che avevo inizialmente frainteso a beneficio di chi verrà a soggiornare prossimamente: la quadrupla in mansarda e una stanza matrimoniale hanno il bagno indipendente, le altre due stanze matrimoniali hanno il bagno in comune collegato da un'anticamera con porte comunicanti. La sauna (nel momento in cui sto scrivendo questo testo) costa 30 euro al giorno e necessita l'apertura e l'accensione anticipata ad opera del vicino. Una cassetta di legna per il camino reperibile sempre dal vicino costa 10 euro, il sapone presente nei bagni è solo quello lavamani senza shampoo/docciaschiuma

Notre séjour s'est parfaitement bien passé. Elisabetta nous a donné d'excellents conseils de visites, Sandra a été d'une gentillesse et d'une prévenance incroyable (en réservant les restaurants pour nous par exemple). Le jardin de la maison est sublime de nuit, mis en valeurs par un éclairage très bien pensé. Nous recommandons très chaleureusement ce lieu et les personnes qui le gèrent ! Merci du fond du cœur pour ce séjour parfait !

Soggiorno meraviglioso. Ivan e la sua famiglia hanno fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio fin da subito, la casa e' bellissima e con un panorama mozzafiato. Ci sono parecchie cose che la rendono ottima per famiglie con bambini ma non solo, gli interni sono curati e la pulizia impeccabile. La Liguria e' una terra che ho conosciuto da poco e si sta rivelando piano piano la mia regione italiana preferita, la gentilezza delle persone ovunque sia andato mi e' rimasta nel cuore. Consiglio a tutti di visitarla, la posizione conveniente del posto rende possibile visitare una quantita' di posti a breve distanza come il lungomare di Albenga e Alassio, ma anche l'entroterra, con i suoi agriturismi e varie degustazioni degli ottimi vini ed olii locali. Consigliatissimo.

Het is een mooie plek aan een drukke kust, maar hier echt rustig. Wel een stukje lopen naar het strand. Bergopwaarts terug. Met de auto wel beetje lastig parkeren, maar dat went. Zeer behulpzame host. Ook de moeder van de gastheer is zeer behulpzaam. Ze staan voor je klaar. Kregen dagelijks verse eieren van hun kippen. Ze geven snel antwoord op vragen en geven goede tips over de omgeving, reizen naar Genua etc. Mooi huis, ruim en lekker terras. Rust en uitzicht op de groene omgeving. Cervo is een prachtig plaatsje. Ik zou er zo weer naar toe gaan. Enige punt van kritiek: de kuststreek is erg druk en gezellig, maar echt een probleem om je auto ergens te parkeren. Dus wij zijn vooral in de directe omgeving van het plaatsje gebleven. Op loopafstand. Tip: huur een scooter. En kies voor OV ( naar Genua)

We had a wonderful stay in La Morra! Pino was the perfect host, he answered all our questions and helped us make reservations for a fantastic dinner and wine tasting/tour, and was generally very communicative throughout. The house is very spacious, more than enough for the two of us, with everything we needed. It’s also in an ideal location. We didn’t have a car - we took a taxi from Alba - and then just explored the area on foot. There are many restaurants, bars, and shops with a few minutes walk. It’s also a great place to base yourself for walking and hiking in the region. We highly recommend!

Casa luminosa, pulita e moderna. Host molto disponibile. L'unica nota neutra è da ricercare nella posizione, molto vicina ad una grossa strada (non si sentono rumori), la casa è circondata da Bamboo molto densi che coprono un po' la visuale dalle finestre del piano superiore. In generale, esperienza positiva!

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

Cavi è tranquilla e piccola ma offre comunque i servizi piu utili come bar, supermercati, ristoranti. Con il minimo spostamento, anche via treno , è possibile spostarsi e visitare molti altri punti mare ed entroterra. Host super gentile e disponibile, casa perfetta come nelle foto e completa di tutto, davvero tutto.

Accueil parfait logement extrêmement propre et agréable avec vu sur le lever de soleil et hôte très réactif et arrangeante le seule point négatif c’est l’accès uniquement à pied pas simple quand on est chargé mais les ruelles sont très agréable pour balader pour se garer il y a un parking payant facile d’accès et sécurisé il y a des places gratuites mais pas toujours libre on a passé un agréable séjour Merci vraiment beaucoup à Alessia pour ce logement

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans dans le logement de Gianni. Renato a été très avenant et accueillant. Le logement convenait parfaitement à nos besoins qui étaient de profiter du plein air dans lieu paisible tout en permettant un accès facile à pied à la ville. Nous étions 2 enfants et 3 adultes. Le jardin privé accessible depuis le logement est très agréable. Enfin, le fait d'avoir une place de parking est un réel avantage dans Noli. Ce fut un excellent séjour. Merci à Renato pour l’accueil.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral & ist mit allem ausgestattet,was es braucht. Der Check-In hat beim 2.Anlauf&mit sofortiger Hilfe von Giuseppe gut geklappt. Er war immer erreichbar bei Fragen oder Anliegen&war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Bellissima zona, mare stupendo e tranquillo, adatto specialmente per famiglie. Il parcheggio per l'auto è molto spazioso. C9 ha accolti la mamma di Stefano, una signora molto gentile ed amichevole che ci ha fornito un sacco di consigli sulle spiagge da visitare o i ristoranti da provare; esperienza decisamente positiva!

Un appartement très propre, confortable et arrangé avec beaucoup de goût. Il est très bien situé dans un quartier vivant mais très calme la nuit. Nous sommes arrivées après le check in mais Agnese avait tout prévu et nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté à accéder au logement. Un grand merci pour cet accueil !

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo.
