Such an interesting, beautiful apartment. The view every day was magical, sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. Plenty of clean bedding and towels for the beach. We walked into the town centre a few times, and drove a few. So much life, colour and music, from live bands to food markets. People watching was great and so many restaurants to choose from. Drove into Nettuno a couple of times and that was great for clothes shopping. Got the train to Rome, easy and straightforward. Would definitely come back, thank you so much.

We had a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for proximity to sea and the airport. They are friendly and kind family!

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

The place was great. All of the local restaurants are amazing, and the staff at each and every one of them were so nice and kind—especially given the fact we don’t speak their language—at least one person at each restaurant speaks English, which makes it super easy, so don’t be intimidated. Michele was very friendly, and check in was easy. Pros: cleanliness; right across from the ocean; 15 min walk to grocery store/train station; safe area; local restaurants; blow dryer; inexpensive to get to the city (€1.50 per person one way, and that ticket works for the entire leg of your trip no matter what form of transportation you take) Cons: longer than 30 mins to get to Rome city center (plan a minimum of 60 mins); unable to control the temperature of the apartment yourself, you must ask the host to do it for you (she did, but it was still a slightly inconvenient).

ottima location, con due ampie camere. Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di stare soli senza vicinato nella scala che porta alla casa. Molto carino il terrazzo tuttavia non ne abbiamo usufruito.

Très beau logement, hôte réactif, très attentionné et aidant, répond très rapidement si besoin. Environnement calme, paisible, éloigné de Porto Santo Stefano mais compensé par une vue paradisiaque. Les très gros atouts sont le solarium, la vue spectaculaire de la terrasse, la plage privée à 1km. Malgré nos 2h de retard à l’arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marco et sa femme. Ils ont de plus accepté de venir plus tôt à notre départ pour des questions organisationnelles. Nous recommandons à 100% et nous reviendrons.

We loved Silvia’s place. We had the greatest experience with all the little attentions, great views, sandy beach and walkable to train station. We would definitely return there.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida casa a Porto Santo Stefano e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. La casa è moderna, elegante e impeccabilmente pulita. La vista mozzafiato sul mare è semplicemente incredibile e rende ogni momento speciale. La posizione è perfetta, comoda per esplorare la zona e godere delle meraviglie locali. Ogni dettaglio è curato e non manca nulla per una vacanza al mare indimenticabile!! Torneremo sicuramente!

È stato un soggiorno splendido, la casa bellissima e la piscina ancora di più. Laura è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima. La descrizione non rende, la realtà è ancora più bella! Vivere la casa è come vivere una vacanza nella vacanza. Non ci è mancato veramente nulla. Grazie!

Dalla finestra....il mare! Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa nell'appartamento a Cala Piccola, nell'Argentario. La location è semplicemente perfetta, immersa nella natura e con una vista mozzafiato sul mare. La spiaggia privata è un vero gioiello, con acque cristalline e un'atmosfera tranquilla. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt. Sarah war immer sofort erreichbar und hat uns direkt alle Fragen beantwortet. Das Haus ist eigentlich noch schöner als auf den Bildern und sehr privat und ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto sollte man aber haben. Ansonsten war alles top und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist hoch und sicher eingezäunt sodass wir auch mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr entspannen konnten. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich in der Nähe und ansonsten ist Nettuno ein netter Ort. Man kann Abends nach nur 4 Minuten mit dem Auto lecker essen gehen. Ein ganz kleiner Punktabzug ist die Kaffeemaschine... Da gibt es leider nur eine Bialetti, aber dafür gibt's bei den Sternen natürlich absolut keinen Abzug. Das Haus ist super und sehr gut ausgestattet. Danke für die tolle Auszeit!

Siamo stati in 11 amici in questa villa per qualche giorno e ci siamo trovati davvero bene! La casa è spaziosa, accogliente e ben tenuta, perfetta per gruppi numerosi. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili per ogni nostra esigenza, sempre presenti ma mai invadenti. La posizione è comoda, a soli 10 minuti dal centro di Anzio, quindi facile da raggiungere ma abbastanza tranquilla per rilassarsi. Un’ottima esperienza, consigliatissima!

Ottimo soggiorno con terrazza spettacolare sul golfo di Santo Stefano. Zona tranquilla. possibilità di utilizzo della piscina 24 mx10m e del campo da tennis. L'unica cosa metterei alcune padelle e coperchi in più per cucinare soprattutto se si è in 5-6 persone. L'appartamento è molto ampio diviso su due piani con spazi interni ottimi e due bagni. L'aria condizionata permette di dormire anche in caso di temperature elevate. La parte più interressante è l'ampio terrazzo dove cenare o riposarsi la sera prima della cena. Per raggiungere la zona di Santo Stefano dove si trovano i ristoranti abbiamo preferito andare a piedi. Ci vogliono circa 10-15 minuti, ma va considerato che il paese è circa 100-150 metri più in basso. Quindi al ritorno bisogna fare la salita. Tuttavia ritengo che la posizione sia ideale e molto tranquilla rispetto mangari un appartamento in centro. La piscina è riparata e quindi usufriubule anche in caso di vento.

Giulia and Ivan’s place was great ! Very clean and had all the amenities- for two adults and a child it was perfect! It was 2 blocks from the beach and well located to restaurants. The city center was a short drive with more options. Giulia’s local recommendations were amazing and we had a fabulous meal and gelato of course ! All in all a great stop over on our journey down to Amalfi.

Charming, cozy mountain home with breathtaking views, distant sound of the waves and birds chirping that filled our stay with serenity and peace. Our evenings by the fire, with candle light and a glass of wine after witnessing a stunning sunset were exquisite. Franceso (the host) was attentive, helpful and took amazing care of us. We loved our stay here.

Settimana di soggiorno fantastica. Appartamento come da descrizione e con tutti i confort. Posizione ottima per accesso a tutti i servizi ( spiaggia e ristoranti); utilizzo auto non necessario grazie alle gallerie pedonali che ti permettono di arrivare ovunque. Plus avere posto auto incluso nel soggiorno. Stefano una garanzia e super disponibile. Ci torneremo

Die Unterkunft liegt an einem sehr schönen Ort, da wo das Wellenrauschen den Schlaf begleitet. wir hatten ein sehr angenehmen und erholsamer Aufwnthalt dort. vielen Dank!

Great place to stay! You can feel like an Italian :-) Italian neighbors, Italian food, Italian house. Lucia is a great host full of energy and enthusiasm. It was a great pleasure meeting her.

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento di Giorgia con i miei famigliari nel periodo natalizio. L’appartamento era pulito e organizzato in ogni piccolo dettaglio. Sono presenti prodotti per la pulizia, l’igiene personale e quelli di base in cucina. C’è una bella terrazza attrezzata di tutto per stare all’aperto e da cui si vede parzialmente il mare.Un piccolo curato giardino dove poter lasciare la macchina parcheggiata completa l’appartamento. Anche la scala per accedere al l’appartamento è comoda e illuminata da luci che si attivano al passaggio. Lo consiglio con sicurezza.
