Sun and Sea is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The location is breathtaking, with stunning sea views and a peaceful ambiance. The accommodations were spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped for a perfect stay. The host went above and beyond, offering great local tips and ensuring every detail was just right. We loved sipping coffee on the terrace at sunrise and strolling along the nearby beach. The amenities, including the pool and lush gardens, made our stay even more special. If you're looking for a serene and luxurious getaway, Sun and Sea is the place to be. We can't wait to return!

Our stay was great, the entire experience was perfect. I really love the place, the view, actually everything, it gives you peace and it's definitely the perfect place to unwind with your family and friends. Kudos to the Host Sir Joel and staffs for being so accommodating and one call away whenever we need anything. This place is really a true hidden gem and very highly recommended. Marites was an amazing, helpful host, very friendly and likeable. The caretakers that live next door will prepare local Filipino food in the evenings if you wish and it is amazing. The house is located in a beautiful location, a bit of a hike, but worth it for the where it is. .Locals are very friendly, I have made some really good friends and will be visiting them again, hopefully with a better grasp of Cebuano though. The property is very clean and comfortable, with a variety of cooking appliances including gas which is handy during the occasional power outages. There is the handy use of a Honda scooter, which I loved seeing the sites on and you can get to Baybay City in around 10 minutes at a leisurely speed, but be aware if you haven't driven in an Asian country BE CAREFUL, traffic regulations are totally different.

Absolutely great. Air con in bedrooms. Everything you need to cook. Excellent communications. Much better than many Pilipino hotels. I recommend this accommodation, and will gladly stay there again.

Highly recommend the place as it was very clean and tidy, the hosts were kind enough to let us check in early w/o additional charges given that we were not able to give an advice ahead of time. The place also has complete amenities as stated on the listing page. The location of the listing is inside a subdivision but this is not a problem as it is accessible with a MAXIM app booking, you can book motorcycle or Tricycle, if you have a personal vehicle it would be more efficient plus they offer free parking. The internet is working just fine, although they did not have a netflix (or maybe we were not able to look for it on the Smart TVs apps) they do have a Prime App which offers movies and series, they also have youtube and other apps that offers entertainment. Hot shower was perfect, the kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials which I loved the most as I prefer ro cook for my Family specially for breakfast. Our stay went smoothly and my kids enjoyed the place. Thank you Host

We had a wonderful stay at Shane's place. The location was perfect, it was close to Robinsons place, shops and just along the highway. The compound is big enough to accommodate four cars. The place is clean, cozy and well-maintained when we arrived. Beds are comfy, essential kitchen utensils are available and wifi is fast. We had few request from the hosts and they were very kind to accommodate them. We used the place as headquarters for our Bar Operations and we never had issues in the property during our stay. We hope to book it as headquarters again for next year!

This place is very nice. I stayed here for 2 weeks and will come back to stay again. Ra is a great host. If we had any issues they were handled quickly. Parking is just outside the unit. It’s very quiet away from the main road and no chickens crowing. Everything is within walking distance. The grocery and Landry are a 2 minute walk. The gym down the street is small but one the best I have been to in Tackoban and I have been to at least 7 different gyms. I visit Tacloban for months at a time and have stayed at many Airbnb and this one is at the top of the list.

We had a great stay! The host was very accommodating with all our requests, which made our stay even more convenient. The location is super accessible via public transport and is close to essentials like a McDonald's, a pharmacy, and a 7 Eleven all within walking distance. The Airbnb is located on the upper floor of She's Amilia Cafe, and we highly recommend trying their food, especially the pizzas which became our personal favorite. The place itself is clean, cozy, and has plenty of electronic sockets which is always a plus. It’s a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Brev and wife Joyce were great hosts. The day prior to our arrival, a problem occurred in our assigned unit, and Brev offered us an upgraded unit which was beautiful and more than expected. I’m glad we accepted his offer. They greeted us and gave a tour to make us feel welcome. They were very accommodating and communicative, a great couple. Place was clean and comfortable.

The place is amazing. The exact address doesn’t show on google maps or food delivery services but the church which is 50m away is always a good landmark. Internet is abit slow biut it doesn’t nother me. The caretaker is bery helpful and friendly. Bery near shops and local transportation(tricycle) is very accessible. Our stay at ma'am Zabrina place was fantastic! The apartment was impeccably clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Just book this condo! I’ve stay in many properties here in the Philippines and this is the most spacious of all. Great location as well. Trikes, Pedicabs and buses are literally right at your doorstep. Walking distance to mall and eateries. Units also has a porch in front(mountain view) and a balcony in the rear(city view). Rhodora and her team are the best hosts you could hope for. Very helpful and attentive. When I'm in Tacloban, I will always stay exclusively at this property.

I had a fantastic stay at Jon’s Airbnb! The location is perfect—just a short distance from downtown, yet in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, making it ideal for both relaxation and work. The WiFi was excellent, which was a huge plus for working remotely. The space felt very private, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. It’s also a great value for the price!
