What can I say about this special place other than thank you for sharing it with us. We had a wonderful weekend in Brighton and this stunning property was the icing on the cake. We were all blown away by how beautiful it was and how comfortable. We will definitely be back and have recommended it to lots of people already. Great apartment, fantastic host. Close to shops,restaurants and bars . But still off a side road so quieter. Provisions in apartment great . Very clean and fresh. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou

Geoffrey has a beautiful apartment, very close to the beach. Geoffrey was very helpful before we even arrived he was great with answering any queries I had. Me and my friends had a lovely time and can't wait to come back for another stay at Geoffreys apartment.

Zainab and Ciara were both really responsive and friendly. The property was nicely decorated and spacious. Only thing I would mention is that if the Dentist is open, you can hear a lot of what’s going on upstairs, but we stayed on Fri-Sun so as soon as the dentist closed it was very nice and quiet.

Lovely stay at Kate’s cottage. Beautiful surroundings and plenty of space to roam. Very cozy cottage that was well stocked (eg, fans, kitchen crockery, books). Good location to explore the area. Kate and her family were are very generous people, always available to answer any questions and give local recommendations. Her son gave our boys football lessons! The electric vehicle charging point was really handy to have on site.

We had such a lovely weekend staying in Abigail’s beautiful house. It was clean, homely and has everything you need. It’s a great location for walking to the town centre and seafront and really easy to park which is a huge bonus. Abigail was the perfect host, she had thought of everything, was really proactive in providing instructions for when we arrived and she was really quick at responding when we had a couple of questions. Would highly recommend.

This house is lovely - exceeded all our expectations!! We agreed it might be the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! The house is beautiful - great layout with the cinema room downstairs and upstairs with the bedrooms there was a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bath (super useful for toddler). The whole place felt very thoughtfully put together. And so clean!! The beds were also very comfortable. The location is really great - near enough to walk into centre. Also near to kemptown and the beach. Lots of great places down near the beach to hang out, especially with the toddler - including Peter Pan playground, yellowave, bison bar. The street itself is also lovely and quiet. Fiona was very helpful and super responsive. Any questions we had were answered very fast! Overall it was a really wonderful stay and we are hoping we can come back to stay again soon

Have just stayed for 4 nights with my family whilst visiting other relatives in Brighton. The accommodation was perfect for our family. Great stay in a handy location with Sainsbury’s round the corner. There are some lovely little coffee shops down Lewes Rd on the way to the Level. I used the your parking space app to park at Sainsbury’s for the duration. The bus network is great in Brighton and I recommend getting the Brighton&Hove app and buying a family saver ticket if you know you can make use of it as it lasts for 24 hrs.

We loved our stay at Sam’s home when we visited during the Brighton Marathon weekend. Lots of modern equipment in the kitchen to enable us to cook meals to enjoy on the fabulous terrace. The sea views are absolutely tremendous from the garden and bedrooms at the back of the house. We initially had issues working the tv in the lounge and Sam was very responsive to help us get it working over the phone. If we had to make a couple of improvements then it would have been great to have had king sized beds and perhaps a better selection of towels. The parking was difficult as we had 3 cars and a couple of the neighbours told us to move but we found parking further down the road so it was no problem. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again, thank you so much.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home in Brighton! The space was spotless, spacious, and full of charm and perfect for our group of friends. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the trip. The house had all the amenities we could ask for, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy lounging areas. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like a wide selection of coffees and teas, which made our mornings feel extra special and a bottle of prosecco.The location was also ideal and peaceful and right in the centre and so easily accessible to the city centre. Would absolutely recommend this stay for a big group or family looking for a relaxing and well-appointed home base. We’re already talking about coming back.

I stayed at the Mermaid Inn for 2 nights on a much needed retreat to get some writing done, and couldn't have stayed in a more perfect place. The flat is cosy and comfortable, with big windows and sea views. Everything you need to be self sufficient is there, and it was a wonderful space to find peace and quiet. The sea is a 10 minute walk, and it's about 15 minutes into the centre of Brighton so all very accessible. I would definitely recommend a stay at Lol's for calm and relaxation close to the sea.

Si il y’a un endroit où se trouver à Rye , ne cherchez plus c’est ici ! Appartement typique hyper central ! Boulangerie juste en dessous, il est situé dans une très jolie rue où vous trouverez Restaurants, Commerces, Souvenirs, Distributeurs banque. Il est également situé à 2 pas de la célèbre Mermaid Street. Sam a été aux petits soins pour nous 4, des petites attentions à notre arrivée très appréciées ! ( pain, Lait) Nous reviendrons ! Merci pour tout !

Myself and family had a great stay here, a 30 second walk to the seafront and lively atmosphere surrounding us, would definitely stay here again. Sowmya was extremely helpful and responded promptly to all messages. The check in/out process was super easy too. Thanks once again Sowmya!!

Really nice place to stay. The apartment has everything you need pots, pans, utensils, washing machine, kettle, microwave, small fridge. Netflix and other services available. The neighbours are all lovely on the floor and are happy to introduce them selfs. Parking was easy to find and always a space available. Apartment was nice and warm, and quiet enough to open the windows if to hot. Many thanks for the stay

The flat is nice and quiet and has balcony overlooking part of the marina water, which is also peaceful and well kept. Easy parking and feels secure. We like to walk so the walk to town was no big deal but if you need bus or cab it’s easy and there is also the Volks Railway along the seafront. Pubs and restaurants in the marina are good especially Bella Napoli and Tavus lounge and grill - Wetherspoons for a cheap drink and Asda too for supplies. I can highly recommend this flat and its location. The agents - Brand Vaughan - who dealt with it were very very helpful and lovely to deal with.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. A great spot and easy to get around. The use of a bike was fantastic too. The garage was a little tight for my 4x4 so appreciated the alternative parking arrangements. Suzanne in the office was helpful with ideas of things to do locally - thank you. Recommend this place to stay.

Very nice host and very responsive. Rooms were spacious and clean and the kitchen and living room was plenty. Safe parking for the car.
