We had an excellent stay at Andres' place. The house was wonderful – plenty spacious for two families and our kids (11 year olds) who loved playing in the pool and playing all the games the house had to offer: ping ping, corn hole, chess, etc. Having access to the kayaks to explore Rainbow River (which was a short drive away)was awesome. We would love to come back.

This Cottage was absolutely cozy! Our family really enjoyed our time there. Tera thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and entertaining from a cozy bed to pool floats to books to read. The pool, backyard area, and loft bedroom were highlighted as the kids’ favorite things! The home is exactly as pictured on the listing. Cozy is the perfect way to describe this home!

Awesome place to stay! Very clean home in quiet neighborhood with all the amenities! Matt was a great host, friendly and very responsive! Will stay there again in the future!

We had a great time the house was nice and had plenty of supplies the host was extremely considerate and very quick to respond to ours concerns. Would highly recommend staying there very quiet peaceful setting little no traffic very quiet. Loved our visit thanks again Wade.

20 minutes from all the fun things.! pool is a bit cold in March but we still got in. There was a fixture out of the pool that was supposed to be in it, but I don’t think it was hurting anything.. The wash cloths were limited but the host quickly brought some. ran out of propane but they brought more within an hour. Host is super responsive. The place is beautiful and the master shower was amazing. We enjoyed playing volleyball and sitting by the pool. The bugs come out about 530, but there is some bug spray. Lots of little things to make the stay better. The basket of goodies were much appreciated!

This is the perfect place to stay on theRiver so peaceful and private. This place has so much of a nostalgic vibe, like at grandmas place. Perfectly nice and had everything we needed but not so nice we couldn’t enjoy ourselves in the space. Matt was a fantastic host and was extremely responsive throughout our stay. Would stay here again 100%. the AC works great, super cold…tip there are two thermostats, the old one got me…THANKS MATT!

Beautiful home and a very nice neighborhood. Wonderful swimming pool in the backyard. Everything was perfect.

Sharon was very responsive and flexible with our check in! We appreciated being able to get in earlier than planned. The pictures are very accurate and all was exactly as described. Sharon's place was very comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked including so many small appliances - one doesn't need anything else! We also appreciated the case of water, coffee and supplies. It has many nice touches including comfortable beds, AC or fans in every room, great games, a desk for keeping up with work, and a great porch that adds a big extension to the living space. It was a great area for reading, enjoying coffee and ending the day with a glass of wine. The area has lots to do, and Sharon's guidebook is very helpful. Devil's Den, Blue Grotto, and the Cedar Lakes Woods and Gardens are all so close and well worth visiting. Very comfortable 3 day stay!

We had a lovely stay and were very happy with the bungalow and it was very close the the spring! We also loved the fire pit in the evening.

Perfect stay! Steve and Tess were wonderful!!! They took me out on a boat for a river tour!! (it doesn't get better than that). The neighborhood was exceptionally peaceful and scenic. I had great morning walks with the dog. It was easy to meet the neighbors, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It was just an unbelievably relaxing and perfect stay that ended far too soon! I plan to be back for sure!!

Perfect for our short stay

Our family of 4 loved our stay here! The location is so great and walkable. We walked to a bunch of antique shops/thrift stores, a local coffee/nutrition shop, an incredible garden store, and even got a walk-in haircut for one of our daughters down the street and not to mention several restaurants. We brought our little fishing boat and there was a boat ramp a few blocks from the house and we were easily able get to the Rainbow River from there. The house was wonderful, comfortable, huge bathrooms, comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. We loved the covered seating out back and the fenced in yard. We were able to easily drive to several day adventures (Weeki Wachi, Crystal River to see manatees, Fort Island Beach). Alexis was so communicative and accommodating and I appreciated the video tutorial on the house. This is truly a great place to stay!

Francis's place is really cute, spacious, comfortable, and clean. It is in a nice neighborhood and is very close to the Rainbow Springs State Park. There are restaurants and grocery stories close by. Francis actively communicated and provided clear instructions. The care and attention was reflected in the way the place has been set up as well as in the details such as complementary snacks, water, etc. We will definitely stay there again.

This house is beautiful, so tastefully decorated, every possible need or want from an AirBnb is provided. It has a fully stocked kitchen that any cook would dream of. The beds are comfortable, linens are lovely and the bedroom fans are exceptional. The backyard is perfect for cooking out, relaxing and plenty of space for pets. The area around the house is quiet, peaceful and makes you feel as though you are in a magical, mysterious place. I kept hoping to catch a glimpse of an alligator, but I was satisfied to see beautiful birds flying and fish jumping while I drank my morning coffee. I really wish I'd been able to stay longer, as it was the perfect respite after our adventures in Crystal River. Thank you!

Clean and simple. Beautiful property and next trip up I will try to stay there again.

It was a great place to stay we stayed there for three months and cedar key is a great place to stay there doing great rebuild after the hurricanes and some places are opening

Juan’s home was clean and lots of towels provided. This home is perfect for family’s gatherings. We enjoyed all the activities that were provided at the house. Grocery stores and food was only 10/15 minutes away. Plus we enjoyed staying close to the springs. Thank you so much for providing excellent services, We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was excellent, with fantastic communication from start to finish. The house was in the perfect location for our needs, making everything so convenient. One of the highlights of our stay was the host’s farm! They gave us a tour, and we got to see adorable goats, ducks, and a beautiful vineyard —it was such a unique and delightful experience. The thoughtful touches really stood out: they left us farm-fresh eggs, a pizza, a snack basket, a bottle of wine, and even a birthday balloon, which made our stay feel extra special and welcoming. The only downside was the master bedroom shower, where the water pressure was low due to some older hardware that could use an update. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and memorable experience, and we would happily recommend this Airbnb to others!

Amazing place! we are going to book it again soon. The property is clean and spacious. The gold cart make it very easy and convenience for us to go to the community private access to the river. We enjoyed our stay very much. Max is very easy to communicate with. The house is close to all grocery stores, restaurants and attractions. Thank you !

My family and I had amazing stay at Chelsea Tropical Oasis for are yearly trip to Florida. It was just as described. My boys loved the pool and the game room. We were so happy we could bring our dog and the backyard was great for her.

This is our second time renting from Gregory. His place is always clean and stocked with everything you need. We love going down there and spending time on the water and with our family. If you are looking for a nice quiet place and easy place to dock your boat this is it. Can’t wait for our next vacation down there in September.
