Apartment newly renovated by an architect from a prestigious design studio, with a focus on enhancing both indoor and outdoor spaces. Great attention has been given to lighting of rooms and surfaces. The apartment is ideal for up to 4 guests, with the possibility of accommodating up to 6. In addition to the master bedroom, the living room features a sofa bed and, if needed, two foldaway beds located in the living loft. There are two bathrooms: one in the sleeping area and one in the living area.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Dal secondo piano potrai godere di una incredibile vista del lago maggiore e in particolare del golfo Borromeo con le sue magnifiche isole. Comodo a tutti i servizi 50 metri dall'imbarcadero (collegamento navale per tutte le mete del lago) 5 minuti dalle spiagge 2 km da Villa Taranto.

L'appartamento è situato a 600 metri, sulle alture di Stresa, in un luogo tranquillo e soleggiato. Vista incantevole sui nostri laghi. In prossimità delle piste da sci del Mottarone, 2 campi golf. A 10 minuti dall'approdo alle isole Borromeo e a 10 minuti dall'uscita Autostrada A.26 Carpugnino. Ampio soggiorno, terrazzo, da scegliere per l'intimità, i panorami, le ampie camere e la cucina. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini).

Cantusüt is a 100-square-meter, two-story detached house in the small village of Someraro, just a 5-minute drive from Stresa and a 30-minute walk. Completely renovated in 2023, it comprises a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two balconies, and a private fenced courtyard with parking for motorcycles and bicycles. Satellite TV with national and international channels is available. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Casa Elisa è il luogo dove prendersi una pausa e rigenerarsi visitando la regione del lago Maggiore. Siamo situati nel paese di Levo, in una zona collinare tranquilla, a 6 km da Stresa, circa 10 minuti in auto. La posizione è strategica per visitare il lago d'Orta, lago Maggiore e il Monte Mottarone. La casa è caratterizzata da due camere matrimoniali, salotto, cucina con balcone e parziale vista lago e un bagno.

In particolare dal terrazzo della zona giorno si domina il lago con le tre isole, qui è possibile pranzare godendo del panorama.
