Spacious and super clean. The outdoor patios were amazing and great for a morning coffee lounge or outdoor beers in the evening. Location was great - walking distance from loads of food and shopping.

For me this was a great place to stay . It was exactly what I needed . It was private, clean and convenient to the neighborhood I needed to be in . It was just a block from the Montrose shopping area which had nice restaurants and a very relaxed vibe . There aren’t that many places to stay in that neighborhood so this was perfect . The road is a little busy but with a white noise app I didn’t have a problem sleeping . The owners always got back to me right away with any questions . And the property is well maintained .

I had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

The check-in process was seamless, and their instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and attractions nearby. The hosts were communicative, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting LA! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Joseph’s place was cute, clean and in a great location. We were surprised by delicious snacks and soft drinks. He communicated with us effectively and in a timely manner. 15 min drive to Universal Studios. I would stay there again.

Nos encantó este airbnb, las camas eran muy cómodas. El baño y cocina contaban con muchas amenidades por si alguien olvida lo básico de aseo o incluso alguna pastilla para dolor. La cocina contaba con cosas para preparar café y aderezos, se agradeció. Muy bonito lugar, sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí.

Had an exceptional time at this house. The host was very responsive and fixed everything promptly. My family stayed for 30 days and we really loved that it had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend staying here.

The house has a spacious interior, the bed was comfy, the place was really clean, and the backyard was a nice place to relax. Easy to get to and conveniently located for an event I was attending in Calabasas.

This house was amazing on every level! The location was fantastic for our week-long stay on Los Angeles. SO many things close by and Travis was th best host we have ever experienced! He was so responsive and flexible and the house literally had so mnay things if you needed them. Our stay was so top notch i want the corporate people at Airbnb to model everything the way Travis does it because it was just so spectacular The location was amazing and so close to everything! THIS HOUSE IS A MUST RENT, it was a fantastic experience!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Gary’s property. Gary was super responsive and checking in was a breeze. There’s a park that is within walking distance that my children loved. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

I can’t say enough positive things about this experience. The hosts were so helpful and responsive. The location felt very safe. The yard is huge. The location is conveniently situated near places we needed to get to and new ones that we discovered. There is ample space inside, a very comfortable living room and great beds!

We had a nice stay at the 4BR condo in Van Nuys location. Our honest review is more informative than generic. 1st you have to walk up staircase to enter the condo The inside is posh, bright, modern & clean. Perfect for more than 6+ people to sleep but is only serviced for 4-6 people. The dining area is small just past the entryway & connects to the livingroom with only 1 medium sized couch. There's 1 master bedroom on 1st floor just off the livingroom. The 2nd is upstairs Both master bedrooms face the busy road so if you're sensative to noise, use one of the other 2 rooms facing the side or back of the building *Really nice having 2 master bedrooms *Great prompt response from the host when we had questions *Gated Parking is very tight but great to have it! *There is a required extensive checkout cleaning "so it is ready for the next guest" The Condo is in a good area regardless of a bus stop next to the building. Its convenient but also challenging when entering & exitin

navid's met my expectations: clean, safe, and accessible to my needs.. He's an amazing / friendly host who was very accommodating and had the best responsive time I've experience with a host before. the condo was very spacious and had quality utilities , and appliances. I hope to visit again next time I have family in town , when ever possible.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

This is such a lovely place. It's within walking distance to a lot of great shops and restaurants. Yet, the building is still quiet. All the amenities were well stocked, and the condo was nicely decorated. It's a peaceful oasis!

Me encantó por que es espacioso tranquilo y fuimos a los estudios universal caminando . Y tomamos Uber para el paseo de la fama . Lo que si es que no hay tiendas de víveres cerca nos costó un poco encontrar jabones para lavar ropa . Muy bueno que haya máquina de lavado en el depa . Lo recomiendo mucho

Tom’s place was absolutely amazing. It was so close to Six Flags and right next to all different stores and restaurants. It was perfect. He was always so responsive and answered any questions I have. I will be booking again the next time I’m out there.

place was so nice and so clean, anything that we would’ve needed to use was also there!! clear intrusions on how to enter and such a cozy place overall :)
