Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente a la playa en Lefkada

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Elenas Haus verbracht! Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles sieht noch besser aus als auf den Bildern. Der Blick von der Terrasse und vom Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch! Man blickt auf das tiefblaue Meer und hört die Wellen rauschen! Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt, vor allem für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Der Strand ist etwas versteckt und somit ist es dort sehr ruhig und privat. Im Ort selbst sind zwei kleine Supermärkte und einige Tavernen zu Fuß zu erreichen. Rund um MItikas gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, zu denen Elena uns auch sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben hat. Elena war eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir konnten mit jedem Anliegen zu ihr kommen. Unser Aufenthalt war in Elenas Haus war fantastisch! Wir kommen SEHR gerne wieder!

Really nice place to stay

We (my husband and I and our 2 kids (2 and 4)) had a lovely stay at Villa Rocca! The house has everything you need, is beautiful and has a laidback atmosphere. It is a 5 minute walk to the (pebble) beach and the nearest restaurant is next door! The other restaurants and supermarkets are about 10 minutes walk away. Really convenient! The only thing we missed a little bit, is a nice outside area to sit. There are two yards (front and back), but they are quite small and not very inviting to sit in. It didn’t really matter for us though as we were out most evenings. Lastly, Antonella is a very nice host! She is easy to communicate with, very friendly and super helpful. All in all, we had a great holiday at Villa Rocca and highly recommend staying here!

Wow. We had a wonderful week at the house! I was working remote and must say the internet connection was super stable and fast enough for video calls and everything 👌 The house is just amazing and very private. The pool for ourselves was a highlight. The beach is also just 1 or 2 minutes away by foot, as are the bars and cafes. The village is pretty quiet during the offseason, exactly what we needed! If you stay there longer make sure to shop at a bigger supermarket on the way there because the little shops have just essentials to offer. It was a special treat for us and we can more than recommend it! Thanks Ismini ❤️

What a great location. Beautiful sunrise looking out over the water with breakfast on the balcony was a highlight. Apartment located on the edge of Nidri within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes whatever you need. Ideal location for hiring a car, parking off street right in front of apartment and a great base for getting around the island. Flexible check-in was another bonus for this beautiful spot. Highly recommend. Only downside, for me, was that we didn't meet host. But loved the place.

The house was absolutely fantastic. The beach was so close and private. Just awesome views everywhere. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking pots/pans, cutlery, utensils, dishes, cups, mugs and glasses. It was amazing to have a whole house to ourselves. Very peaceful, especially sitting on the beach. Caterina, our host, was perfect and communicated very well. We would love to stay again.

Amalia and Vasili made our stay incredibly easy, and they were always contactable and very helpful. Any time we needed anything at all. The location is magnificent and we had a wonderful time

We really loved staying at Alex’s place. We arrived during a storm, and he brought us extra blankets for the beds to keep us cosy. Also he gave us some delicious home made cake! On our last day he brought us some more sweet treats. We felt really spoilt. The area is lovely. We explored the nearby island of Lefkada, and visited Mytikas too. The apartment is very well equipped- especially the kitchen, ( Alex is a chef at the local yacht club during the summer season). It was warm and cosy, and we had such a great view from the lounge. We would love to visit again.

Άψογη διαμονή στο απόλυτο ησυχαστήριο. Ήταν ότι επιθυμούσαμε από τη διαμονή μας. Υποδοχή με χαμόγελο και ευγένεια από τους οικοδεσπότες. Άψογο design σε εσωτερικούς κι εξωτερικούς χώρους. Ο ορισμός της φιλοξενίας καθώς μας υποδέχτηκαν με κρασί και λαχταριστές σοκολάτες. Η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Οι εργαζόμενοι στον χώρο κινούνται πάντα με διακριτικότητα ώστε να μην ενοχλούν τους διαμένοντες. Όλοι πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα με την ευχή να επιστρέψουμε ξανά.

We had a fantastic week at Nema Villas 2. Efi was lovely and super responsive to our messages and her Mother Maria greeted us and was really helpful. The villa for 2 is well thought out, very new, sparkling clean and had everything we needed. Lovely pool with an amazing view of the sea. Walkable distance to a couple of tavernas and a short (5) minute drive to the town of Vathy. Also a snack bar/cocktail bar a minute away and great to have drinks as the sun was going down, we also had some food on our first night which was good too. Really quiet and peaceful and exactly what we were looking for. There was also a housekeeper on site, she was lovely and did a couple of washes for us when we there. Thanks to you all, it was a wonderful holiday!

A very good location in the centre of the village. The villa was very clean on arrival and as per the listing and the towels and bed sheets were changed when we expected them to. Thank you for allowing us to stay at the villa.

Great villa, very beautiful view and pool and lots of living area space for spending time with friends and family. Situated in a very quiet zone. Highly recommend it as a pure accommodation spot. However Pogonia and Paleros are still developing, there's not much to see around for more than 2 days so the best alternative is Lefkada which is pretty far away and can be pretty tiring (driving 2-3h/day). If you do plan on spending more time in Paleros/Pogonia this villa is your best bet tho.

We loved our stay in fiskardo! The view was amazing and the pool was a welcomed addition - especially with the heat! We had the pool to ourselves most days. About a 10 minute walk to fiskardo centre which has everything you need. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous views of the sea. Extremely private. We loved the outdoor space, especially the veranda, the sun chairs & umbrellas. You need a car but It is an easy 5 min drive to the closest beach with plenty of free parking even in high season. The house is a good size for 2 families (4 teen/preteen kids) but the 2 apts are not equal. The downstairs apt is small and 1 of the 2 bedrooms is very small w no a/c. The 2 families primarily used the upstairs apt and the older kids slept in the downstairs apt, using that living room as a bedroom. We didn’t use the 2nd small pool at all. A couple flags - In high season, on the weekend, it took well over an hour to go from lefkada port to the villa. While google maps predicted about 4.5 hour drive from Athens airport, it took us more like 7 hours (8 with stops). To access the villa, you must drive along a gravel path, which is poorly maintained with a few deep holes. Drive very slowly to avoid damaging your car. That said, it’s well worth it!

Όμορφο, μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα, με υπέροχη διακόσμηση και ιδιωτική πισίνα στη Λυγιά. Άψογη επικοινωνία με το οικοδεσπότη, με άμεσες απαντήσεις σε κάθε μας ερώτημα. Καθαρό, άνετο και σε καλή τοποθεσία. Φιλικό και προς τα κατοικίδια. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Σας ευχαριστούμε για την ευχάριστη διαμονή.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in the villa. The view can't be described with words, it needs to be seen. Magical vibe and peaceful environment. The villas are stunning inside and out. Giannis was extremely polite, helpful and responsive to my messages, he met with us in the centre of Lefkada and personally helped us to get to the location of the villa and made sure we got the support and help we needed. He was very helpful in recommending all the good places, restaurants and beaches we could visit. Definitely will visit again and stay for more, can't recommend it enough!

Siamo stati benissimo! La casa è in una posizione suggestiva ma anche comoda: ci si gode la tranquillità e la bellezza di stare sulla spiaggia, a pochi minuti dalla città di Lefkada. La casa è molto accogliente, si vede che i proprietari ci hanno vissuto: è arredata con cura e provvista di tutti i comfort (aria condizionata anche nel patio, scuri alle finestre, zanzariere, spazio esterno per lavare e stendere, ecc.). Vasso e Costas sono ospiti gentili e premurosi, senza essere invadenti. Esperienza assolutamente positiva!

We had a lovely week here. Beautiful location just a short walk from Fiskardo town and restaurants. Mimi communicates well and we were able to extend our checkout time due to a late flight at a cost of 100 euros. The only thing I would point out if you’re wanting an apartment where you can sit in the sun on your balcony this isn’t the one. Due to its location it does tend to sit in the shade all day. This was not a problem for us as we frequented the local Emplisi beach….

A piece of paradise on earth. Truly sublime. The house is located on the Ionian coast. The views offer serene beauty, with mountains and islands painting a breathtaking backdrop across the bay. The garden is well-maintained and has many terraces and places to repose or enjoy. The private beach offers a secluded space to swim. The house is tastefully decorated, and well well-equiped. Kitchen and living room offer all modern comfort and appliances. The design is equilibrious, adding to the peacefull radiance of the house. The bedrooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. The bathroom is fully functional. The house has AC. The owner is friendly, flexible and helpfull, providing tailored recommendations . The region is beautiful, offering a broad combination of history, nature, culinary treats, sports,... Palairos is close (2 kms by car), and has a variety of shops/bars/restaurants/... . We hope to find ourselves back here, creating wonderful memories, in not too distant a future.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang vom Gastgeber . Im Kühlschrank waren sogar Wasserflaschen und Säfte kaltgestellt. Sehr sauber direkt am Meer. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Die Unterkunft wird alle drei Tage gereinigt, frische Bettwäsche und Tücher werden ausgetauscht. Sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank hatten eine tolle Zeit. Würden es sofort wieder buchen.

We love Lefkada and we loved our stay at the villa! George was super helpful and quick to respond. The private water access and the lawn/beautiful garden were the main highlights. The view is lovely all hours of the day. The villa is conveniently located. Highly recommended!

Loved the location, especially the large balcony we spent hours in the afternoon watching the water and the yachts. Also beautiful sunrises from the balcony and worth getting up in the night to marvel at the stars in the night sky. 2 minutes walk to K1 beach. Great swimming spot. 2 of the bedrooms have air con which is great for siesta time. We also booked the newly furnished apartment outside which was a great addition. It also has air con. Great restaurants in Ithaki, in Exogi 'Extra Terrestrial' this one has a killer view, in Stavros 'Delicious' real Greek food and in Vathy 'La Familia' this one has great seafood and of course the ice cream parlour in Frikes. also the local bakery in Stavros is worth visiting for bread and baklava. Would definitely recommend.

We had such a lovely stay, the house is big enough for large groups & very comfortable. The hosts were responsive & friendly, the views of Poli’s beach are lovely & the small village can be reached by foot in 2 minutes. We loved the village, it has everything you need. Definitely recommend Stathis’s home.

η διαμονη μας σε αυτο το υπεροχο σπιτι μεσα στη φυση ηταν εξαιρετικη!!!!ειναι πραγματικα η καλυτερη επιλογη για διακοπες στη πρεβεζα.το σπιτι ειναι σχεδον μεσα στη θαλασσα και γυρω του εχει μπανανιες και αβοκαντο μεσα στον τεραστιο κηπο που το περιβαλει.ενα σπιτι γεματο φως,ολα πεντακαθαρα και τακτοποιημενα μεχρι την τελευταια λεπτομερεια.αυτο ομως που πραγματικα εκανε την διαμονη μας ξεχωριστη ειναι η φιλοξενια του κ.Κωστα και της κ.Εφης.ενα ζευγαρι που θα κανει τα παντα για τους επισκεπτες του.ημασταν για διακοπες πασχα και η υποδοχη ηταν με ψησιμο και σουβλα και μια τεραστια παρεα απο φιλους τους οπου καταληξαμε να γινουμε ολοι μια παρεα.τις μερες που μειναμε το πρωι μας εφεραν αυγα φρεσκα απο τον κηπο αλλα και υπεροχες τηγανιτες(ολα φρεσκα)!!!ευχαριστουμε πολυυυυ!!!!!χαρηκαμε για την γνωριμια!!!!!να εχετε ενα υπεροχο καλοκαιρι!!!!θα τα ξαναπουμε!!!!
