Absolutely gorgeous apartment in the centre of Liverpool. Everything from booking to check out was very easy, with the team being in communication with me throughout. The apartment is in a great location, only a short walk to lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and coffee shops. The apartment was very tidy and clean, with all amenities per the listing. Thank you so much to the team for everything, this was a wonderful stay!

Nice place with great views towards the surrounding hills. Host was very helpful with checkin. 10 mins walk to the city centre and rail station.

Really excellent stay for 6 of us first night and 8 the second night for a hen do. Perfect location as it’s very central. Gorgeous apartment with lots of space and light. The main bathroom was very spacious and clean, the en-suite could’ve done with its own door instead of having to close the bedroom door. The sofa bed mattress was very thin but okay for two nights. Overall very nice stay. Thank you!! X

Our stay at the Ruby Suite was absolutely great! The place is perfect for a few days visit, good connection to the city center, everything easily available within a few minutes walk. Nice, stylish area mixing the historic feeling with new, classy buildings. The apartment is well-equipped, cosy, comfortable. Communication with the owner was 10points, quick, detailed, useful! Highly recommended!

Loved the house and where it was situated as we came up on the train and Nigel was so helpful with check in and checkout and answered my questions before we booked as to where it was in relation to the town centre etc… lovely touch having milk and biscuits left for us. Would definitely book when we visit skipton again.

Ade's place was wonderful for us, he was very responsive and super helpful throughout our stay. The location was very good for us, and is a 3 minute walk to the Metrolink train if you want to get to the city center or stadium. The kitchen is well equipped with a washer/dryer and all the essentials you need, plus a great BBQ and backyard. The place could use a paint job and a bit of TLC, but for a short stay it's just fine.

Great place to stay

Gorgeous house! Looked just liked the photos. Very big and spacious, and had everything we needed. There was a minor inconvenience in night one which was resolved instantly - Rhys replied in less than a minute to me messaging about it, and it was sorted right away. Close to a tram stop too so location wise is great. Highly recommend 😊

Ik was 4 dagen in Manchester met mijn kinderen van 18, 17 en 16. Het appartement was fantastisch voor ons allemaal. Proper en alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. Bij vragen appte ik Theresa en Kevin via whats app en kreeg ik meteen een duidelijk en uiterst vriendelijk antwoord. Voor een volgende trip naar Manchester boeken we zeker weer bij The Heim. Fantastische ervaring met fantastische hosts! Bedankt Theresa en Kevin.

Great location for the Peak District! Lovely accommodation. Tony was incredibly responsive, gave good instructions on how to arrive and was helpful whenever I contacted him, you can tell a lot of thought has gone in to the space. The shower was lovely and powerful. Something that was really appreciated after the long walks. Bed was really comfortable and seemed much larger than a queen size bed, sheets were lovely and clean. Appreciated having a parking place so close to where we were staying. Views across to the reservoir were amazing, we took a walk across the road to it and they were lovely, beautiful nature walk along the reservoir just across the road. Peaks cavern only 40 minutes away and the b29 crash sight parking only a 15minute drive away. Would recommend this stay and will definitely be returning.
