Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Near parks, walking trails, restaurants and shopping. Just 1/2 mile off 1/15/501 so Raleigh, Cary, Chapel Hill and Durham are an easy commute. This updated basement apartment offers private entrance, full laundry, kitchen, bath, queen-sized bed and free wifi. Our apartment is not wheel chair assessable but there are no steps to climb, step out of vehicle and right into apartment.
