Our house is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath house with window unit ACs in every room (please note there is no central AC, but there are window units and ceiling fans). The house went through a complete reconstruction and everything including furniture is brand new. The location of the house is fabulous for beach lovers, as it sits right between Sanibel and FMB.
