Our garden coachhouse is a small modern two bedroom house in our garden. It is a lovely self contained unit. We are conveniently located close to Cardiff and Penarth’s Victorian seafront and pier. There are good bus and train links within walking distance (bus stop is 50 feet from house).There is a pub serving food at the end of the road and many restaurants nearby. There are supermarkets nearby. The Principality stadium, Ninian Park football stadium and the Millenium Centre are all close by.

Converted artists workshop with it's own front door. This mini apartment has been converted with access in mind for disabled patrons but is lovely and comfortable for everyone. It's bright, modern and spacious with a king sized bed that can become 2 singles. There is a small kitchen area in the same room, a table, armchair, TV, space for working and a separate wet room with pull down shower chair. The appartment has it's own front door with lock lowered. Just a 40 minute walk, 20 minute bus or £10 taxi to Cardiff City Centre.

Cosy studio

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.
