Escape to warmer weather and enjoy the beauty of Florida. This working farm has a lot to offer. There are 250 acres of wooded trails to ride your horses. We centrally located to local attractions. The world equestrian center is less than 2 hours away, Jacksonville Beach is an hour away. 2 full rv sites.

Our home is less than a mile to UFHealth at Shands and the Malcom Randall Veterans Medical Center. We are a mile to the University of Florida campus. Amazingly, also a short bike ride (1-2 miles) to Downtown Gainesville. Close to Depot Park, art studios, restaurants, music venues, and theater. Nature parks close too. The bonus is we live on 2 acres, tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. Our pool is deep & cool; we have bikes to borrow. The container is perfect for a solo traveler, or a couple.

Welcome to our A-frame cabin, nestled in charming Old Florida Woodlands. It’s complete with two cots, a hinged wall/awning, fire pit, lounge chairs, a hammock, and a picnic table. From this soft pine-needled space, enjoy the view across the pond, go explore the seasonal garden, feed the fish, and meet our farm dogs. Mostly, enjoy ease and reconnection nature encourages. Due to severe drought this year, the pond is currently very low. However, you can still spot koi, bass, and brim. 🙏🏼

Our recently renovated loft offers all the luxuries of home and comfortably sleeps 4 (with the option of a crib upon request). Enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience and go on a ride on our friendly horses, or venture out and enjoy easy access to nearby natural springs, beaches and restaurants. Swim, kayak, canoe, paddle board or enjoy sitting on the dock. Visit the barn for basketball, ping pong, and corn hole. It's a studio apartment with a private bathroom and beds for four, plus two couches and air beds available. Note: This is an upstairs apartment.

Hosts live on-site, in the main house beside the barn. Located on a small pecan orchard, our barn was built to be a place of rest and creativity for our family and friends. One of our favorite things about where we live is being able to enjoy the open space of the country while being close to the vibrant city of Jacksonville and the beautiful beaches.
