We had a great stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet, and in an excellent location. Just a short walk to shops, cafes, and the beach. Check in and out was easy with clear instructions and our host Yang was very accommodating. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Lovely stay, highly recommend Lil's place. The location is awesome, so relaxing, comfortable bed, everything you need for a great stay is provided, love there is a full size fridge, BBQ, washing machine and dryer amongst other essentials. Lil is very helpful and there is plenty of information about walks, where to go and what to see. Being able to walk across the road to the water each day was a bonus and the views from the unit are forever changing as the tides come and go and the sun rises and sets. Some days there are cattle next door at the fence. I highly recommend staying and will return in the near future.

The house was perfect for the five of us. It has lots of space, the hosts were very generous with the condiments and the space was light, comfortable and really clean and tidy. The wi fi was also brilliant!. While the house is nice and peaceful it is a short drive to the shops and about 10 minutes from the beach. We didn’t find this a problem and Leone and Mark were awesome to deal with.

Leanne was a wonderful host; excellent with communication and very helpful. The accomodation has a stunning view and is beautifully kept - comfortable, clean and just right for our stay (a two-nighter). The location was excellent; close to the city which has wonderful restaurants - of note The Quay. Highly recommended.

The place had everything needed plus a few extras like milk and fruit which were much appreciated. It was peaceful and quiet at night which along with the comfortable beds meant a good nights sleep Highly recommended

Perfect for our family. Single story and big spacious rooms so worked well for my mum recovering from a surgery before heading home. Also amazing locations for my toddler close by. Beach, school, park and playground. Plus a big basket of toys at the house. Great restaurants close.

This is a fantastic place for the family to spend the holiday. It is immaculate and big, which suits a family's special occasion. We love the place, especially our kids, who enjoyed the swimming and spa pools. Not only that, but it is so close to the beach for swimming and surfing. There is a local park and soccer field that we usually walk to play or exercise. Lisa is a friendly host who responds promptly if we need help. This is one of the best holiday homes available in the area, and we would love to return there. It is very secure and private for us visitors. We extended our visit for another day as we all enjoyed and loved the place and the area. There were 10 of us altogether, and it was worth the money we paid, and I highly recommend this place. Sarah was a great host. proprty is rightly match what was described. it's walkable from restaurants, 4 square, Gas stations. property was clean and tidy. we would love to stay again if will come anytime in Whangarei.

Photos don't do this place justice... we were floored by the beautiful views! Everything was so cosy and clean.. beds were super comfy! Lyndsay made our stay awesome and her personal welcoming touches made us feel right at home!

A nice spacious bach with plenty of room for the kids. It has most of the mod-cons you'd expect, but also retains the "Bach" feeling very well. It's in a great location, with the boat ramp very close by, and beautiful coast/beaches within an easy walk. Harvey was great to deal with, and very responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sue and Chris's property. The house was not only beautifully decorated but also very comfortable. The amenities were well thought out, and everything we required was readily available. We would recommend it to anybody looking for an enjoyable getaway!

We loved our stay at Gay’s pool suite. The decorations were so charming, the gardens lush, the pool so fun right outside. And Gay made a bunch of garden games available to our kids which was awesome. Everything we needed was there. It was a lovely stay.

It was a lovely relaxing spot to spend a week in a rural setting with sea views out to the Poor Knights islands. A large property, accessed off a private road so very secluded and peaceful. Handy location half way between Matapouri Bay and Tutukaka, although you do need a car to go anywhere. Kitchen was very well equipped including basic supplies. Access to an indoor swimming pool, ability to charge the EV, and use of the laundry was a bonus. The hosts were very welcoming on arrival and explained the facilities and beach access path. Special touches were a bottle of wine and locally made nut brittle on arrival, and acknowledgement of our wedding anniversary which was during our stay. Annette and Bianca were super helpful and responded promptly to any questions.

Loved how child friendly the accomodation was with all the things you’d need for a baby. So grateful to use the car charger too. Crystal was a great host as well!

My family and I really love Lorraine’s dream home,everything is perfect, far beyond my expectations.The location is the best, it’s just a stone’s throw away from the beach, and there are lots of lovely bistros and a great supermarket here, you can get all the things you need.
